"oh dear, i remember it all too well. we met at where i worked; a coffee shop. a bit cliché, you might say, but hey, i can't help it. wait, did that just rhyme?"

"i remember when we met, i identified myself as asexual, not really knowing anything about my sexuality or who i was attracted to, or anything of the sort. it always seemed weird to me because i started growing interests in guys, then just on girls, and then it kept going back and forth between the two. and at times, i'd be attracted to both. or perhaps i was no longer interested in dating anybody at all. i decided not to label myself as anything, until i learned the term abrosexual."

"anywho! we met at a coffee shop and he came up and ordered and i thought he was really cute (but then again, i do find most kalons cute). when he paid for his coffee, -- i even remember what he ordered, just a plain black coffee because he "liked it bitter" -- he also slipped in his number somewhere there, which was sly, but cute. of course after work i couldn't wait to blow up his phone with text messages, mainly ones like "hi!" and "did i get the right number?" or "who is this?" and i also mentioned i was zeus from the coffee shop."

"good news: i got the right number. he asked if i'd like to hang out anytime soon, and i thought it would be really nice if we did. so, most obviously, i said yes! he wanted to meet me at a museum, which normally i'm not a fan of museums, but he really made me enjoy them. he brought his fun personality into making history somewhat exciting about it. it seemed like he knew everything about every artifact in the building, seeing as he was teaching me about everything i looked at. i didn't mind, i thought it was fun. he even cracked some jokes, which made me chuckle here and there. i couldn't believe i actually met someone who could make me be so interested in something i thought i hated, which was history."

"however, he didn't really like the date or anything, he told me. i don't know why, but i was really broken about it. he seemed awesome, like someone i could finally stay together with, maybe forever. but i was wrong. it seemed like he had fun, but i guess he didn't. maybe my boring personality seemed to make the date dull."

"it's still one of the best dates i've ever been on. we still talk occasionally, too. well, occasionally as in whenever he orders a coffee from the shop i work in. you'd think he'd want nothing to do with me after that date, but i was glad he still came and ordered from the shop."
