Her origami stars!
Widget has been making origami stars since she was young. These ‘lucky’ stars have always been something important to her – her brother taught her to make them before they were separated.
Widget has made one star for each good thing that has happened in her life, no matter how small or big. In each star is written the good thing that happened and a reason to keep smiling. She keeps them in jars of varying sizes and are scattered throughout her abode. She’s proud of the amount of happiness and memories she’s been able to have lying around, and often gives jars to those who she deems needs a bit of love or hope in their life. She adds a tag to each jar that she gives away with the recipient’s name as she believes all the happiness and good things will be directed to the person with the listed name.
