What's their favorite water activity? - Mako loves to go scuba diving, as it was his dream as a kit to learn to do so. As a matter of fact, his parents named him inspired by the mako shark. Mako adores the water and marine life in general, but the power and grace of the sharks will never fail to amaze and humble him. Of course, he has a slight bias towards the shark of his name sake, insisting that they're arguably the best sharks there are. Of course, Mako must fight the urge to pet these creatures, as he knows that they could quite easily decide that his flashy pelt would make a nice snack. Mako also enjoys photographing his adventures, and keeps and album of his favorites.

Observing it while rock skipping. He dislikes getting his fur wet, but he likes to watch the ripples, and see shadowy shapes of what it hides in it's depths.

What's their favorite water activity? - Despite the sheer amount of time Bay spends by the lakeside, he's actually too scared to swim- he's hates the feeling of the water above his head, and refuses to go in past his belly. Instead, he spends his time exploring the edges of the lake for turtles, his favorite animal. He has a vast collection of sketches of the different turtles he sees around the lakes, and is especially fascinated with the different colors in their shells. When he can, be brings lettuce to feed to the turtles he finds, though for the most parts he leaves them alone, knowing better than to interfere with nature.

the wind rustled the feathers of the seagulls that walked to and fro across the beach. they were noisy and it made kishiko cover his ears. his gaze moved from them over to the sandcastle. the sandcastle was nicely designed. there was a gate in front of it. this gate had the words "Beware of danger" written below it. the gate was made to protect the castle.

whenever one dares to go beyond the gate that serves as a warning to lost souls, they will be greeted by a large mammal. this mammal stands as tall and wide as a two story house and will squash trespassers like a bug. the giant does well to protect the castle against the waves of the ocean. the waves lapped closer and closer and kishiko clenched his teeth together tightly. he had worked very hard and fast to make this castle and knew that soon, the waves would come crashing down and tear the castle away, leaving no trace that it ever existed.

but that didn't matter, that was all part of the fun. he would make castle after castle. whenever a castle would get tore down, he would make a new one with a different design and a different story. every single one of these stories had their own twists and plots.
no matter how many times each castle would get knocked down, he would sit for hours and continue to make one after the other.
the waves were a challenge to him and he knew that he could never conquer them. each day they would continue to rise ashore and tear down what he worked so hard to make. but that was all part of the excitement.

for whenever the castles were wiped away, there was not a trace left of them. and in kishiko's head, that frightened him. how easy would it be for a life, his life, to be taken away with no trace?
