Adrien leads a stressful life as a social worker. Day in and day out he's dealing with children's cases and having his phone ring off the hook with concerned teachers, government officials, and the occasional angry parent. His head aches from the piles of work on his desk and his back throbs from hunching over them day in and day out. In order to ease this pain he will schedule regular appointments with the local acupuncturist. Willow has been a long time friend that knows exactly what to do to help Adrien unwind. They commonly begin with a simple massage to loosen up his muscles before they move onto the needles, placing them gingerly into his shoulders and back. While he rests on her table she will burn a few sweet-smelling candles and perhaps turn on her radio to play a few soft songs for him. Acupuncture never fails to ease the physical demands of his social work as well as helping him feel refreshed and ready for the following days.

OOh! Relaxing! The perfect topic to discuss with Grace, as she works all the time with relaxation and stress-relief! She's a therapist, and works with others who need ways to relax! She could give you so many different tips and tricks on how to relax! She even makes it completely clear in her sessions that she gets stressed easily as well, and has tried these tricks herself! She does admit that not all of them work for her (Actually, it seems like none of them do. She's talked about them so many times that they're boring to her), but the one that always ALWAYS works for her is to count down from 100, and play some sort of game while counting down! It seems simple, doesn't it? HOWEVER, it brings her mind away from what was stressing her out, and she starts focusing on what game she's supposed to do while counting down...so much so that she calms down by the time she gets to the 30s! If she's with someone, she makes them think of a new game with counting down, but she has a bunch of slips of paper in a jar that she adds to periodically that allows her to randomly select a different game to play! She suggests this to all of her clients when she does therapy sessions, and it works for some, but of course everyone's brains work differently!

➳ how do they relax?; Cyril is a Kalon that gets stressed very easily. However, his method of relaxation isn't the most... accessible thing for when it gets too much for him. When Cyril can find the time to go out and calm himself, he always goes out to the nearest large body of water (preferably a beach) for a bit of sailing. He believes there's nothing better than the wind in his fur and the salty scent of the sea in his nose. Though the boat he owns isn't the biggest thing, he'll occasionally spend weekends on the water. Despite owning about, Cyril doesn't enjoy activities normally done on a boat. No fishing, no scuba diving, no birdwatching. He enjoys the simple task of steering the boat. Only on days when he'll spend the whole day (or even multiple days) on the water will he do anything "time-wasting". Other activities include painting, reading, or playing the guitar.
