Last year, Dissolve put out monthly adopts based on that month's birthstone, so I had the idea to keep the tradition going, but with pps adopts instead of adults!

For this competition, I want you to show me their personality through a gif! You can give me 1-5 traits, but either make them super small or transparent so I can't see them right away. I want to see if I can guess the personality just from the gif you provided. you can also provide me with two extras of your choice. either art or writing.

"You know, Crystal," She said, looking down at the young soul, who looked up at her with her large purple, unusual eyes. "There's no turning back when you become a princess."
"I know," The young one said, with a large smile, "I'm confident I can be a princess!"
"But, the responsibilities, Crystal." She reminded.
"Who cares, they're a breeze."
"Whatever you say, Princess." She nodded, walking off. Crystal stood there with a smile, which faded slowly. She knows how hard it can be to rule a palace. Especially alone.

﹣ Fᴇᴡ ᴡᴇᴇᴋs ғʀᴏᴍ ᴛʜᴇɴ ﹣

"Princess Crystal!" A guard shouted, rushing through the large doors. Crystal perked up and tilted her head with a smile.
"Good afternoon, Guard. What is it you need?" She asked, stepping off the small throne that was made for her.
"A prince from another kingdom is coming to visit!" He said.
"Who may that be?"
"Prince Aigre, your highness." The guard said, and Crystal's ears perked.
"Him? Aigre? He can't come here- I-I'm not ready!" She cried.
"We have time. He will be here in a day."
"So we have all day?"
"Correct, your highness. And he'll be staying for a week."

Crystal fell off her throne and stood in front of the guard.
"Well, we better get to cleaning," She said with a smile, "for him, of course. Gather up some people to clean the guest room. I'll get started on the kitchen."
"Okay, but the servants-"
"No. I don't want them doing the work I need to do." She said with a sharp nod before running off.
"Oh, she's so stubborn, yet so nice." The guard mumbled before going to get people to help him clean the guest room.

﹣ Tʜᴇ ɴᴇxᴛ ᴅᴀʏ ﹣

She peered around the corner, hearing her guards talk with other guards, along with the green and white viscet beside them.
'All right, Crystal,' She thought, looking down, 'Don't mess this up.' She stepped out of the corner and went to Aigre.
"Ah, Princess Crystal." He said with a smile.
"Prince Aigre." She said, smiling back.
"Where is the guest room?" He asked sweetly, as she nodded slightly.
"Back there. I can lead you to it?" She said, and Aigre nodded.
"That'd be helpful, thank you."
"No need to thank me." She smiled, before heading to the guest room with him.

It's gonna be a long week.

Definitely shouldn't have taken me this long to judge, considering how small of a contest it was, but I've been feeling pretty ehhhh...

I actually had someone else judge this contest so I couldn't be accused of being biased and here's what they said:

on wolfen's, it's nice, but i feel like the character in the story didn't match the personality that the gif showed? like from the gif, i got the expression of a happy excited little thing. and i didn't get that from the story.

I enjoyed the writing, but I feel the same way — I just didn't feel the personality in the story that the gif portrayed. I'd like to award you with an HM, however! I hope you aren't discouraged or anything, as always, I really hate to be the bearer of bad news /

So, with that said: I'd like to give a big congratulations to milo.! Even though it was just a simple piece of art, it definitely portrayed the same personality as the gif c: So, I hope you love your new baby Judas <3
