Story about Past/History:
When Evvy was younger, she learned that she was a pixie from a royal blood line. She was told of the powers that she would soon grow into, and of the ability to fly once her wings were strong enough. As the years passed she learned how to hone and control her abilities, as well as learn about her blood line, and those from her family tree. She learned that most of them had suffered many tragedies in their lifetime, such as lost loves or lost lives at young ages. She also learned from her parents and mentors, that her family line seemed to have a curse placed upon it. The curse was placed upon her family many years ago by a vindictive sorcerer, who accused them trickery and deceit.
The curse consisted of having the children of the royal family never find their one true love. For love, had been taken out of their hearts, but one daughter would be born with love in their heart and belong to the sorcerer. Though, if she fell in love with another before he returned, her lover would be ripped from her either being killed or being locked away for eternity.
Because of this curse and it weighing heavily on her mind, she spent most of her days alone locked up with the castles walls. Her only source of contact with nature, was the garden in the center of it all. It was filled roses and other flowers of every color, it was her sanctuary, and the one true place she could forget her problems. Here she would sing or draw her cares away, even if was only for a short time before going back to her studies. Though, one warm day she found herself outside the castle walls, she was sitting by a stream singing a sweet melody.
It was some time before she realized she wasn't alone, for a male voice joined in as she sang. His sudden appearance startled her causing her to jump up and run, but his apologetic and pleading tone made her stop and face him. As her eyes landed upon his face, she was taken in by his handsome features. He apologized once more for scaring her and commented on her singing, they talked for a bit before he asked to hear her sing once more. She was happy to do so, since it was something she loved to do. As Evvy sung her song, she watched him carefully and saw a mesmerized look come across his face. His look caused her to think about the curse and stopped singing, and a look of fear come to her own features. "I'm sorry dimitris, I can't do this." she said quickly, then ran to the castle despite he pleas for her to stay.
Once in the safety of the castle, she ran to her room and locked herself in. Sitting on her bed, she trembled at the thought of what could be come if Dimitris if they fell for each other. Though, she was pretty sure he'd already fallen for her, love at first sight as they say. No matter how handsome he was, she could not allow herself to fall in love with him, she could not let such a fate come upon him. For days she kept herself locked away in her room for fear of seeing him again, and tried not to think about him. But try as she might, she couldn't get Dimitris out of her mind, her thoughts would always slowly drift back to him. She finally convinced herself she couldn't stay in her room forever, but did decide to stay within the castle walls till she knew he'd gone home. So, finally leaving the confinement of her room, she went to her favorite spot in the garden. While there, she hummed softly as she watched the birds fly around her, and the butterflies and bees around the flowers. She got lost in her surrounds till she saw movement from the corner of her eye, she gasp and almost screamed at the face that came into view. It was Dimitris, standing tall with a bright and pleasant smile upon his lips.

Evvy quickly took to her feet and he bowed to her, and she gave a curtsy in return. "What are you doing here?" She asked after a moment of silence between them. "I am here visiting from a neighboring kingdom." he told her. He then proceeded to tell her that he was there to seek an alliance with her kingdom, she nods as he spoke. "I see." she said to him. It was then he took a step towards her, she quickly took a step back to avoid his advance. Dimitris advance again only to have her back away once more, only to trip on a branch that had fallen from a tree. Dimitris rushed to her and caught her moments before she hit the ground, she could do nothing but nod and look at him after he asked if she was alright.
The moment was broken when someone cleared their throat behind them, the two scrambled to righten themselves and stood apart from each other. It was her father, he looked at them with a stern look and then pulled Dimitris way to talk about the alliance of their kingdoms. Several weeks had passed and Dimitris was still there learning about he kingdom, Evvy had tried her hardest to avoid him at all costs but he always seemed to know where she was. As time passed, they became close and it became hard for them to stay apart. The one thing she had dreaded and feared had happened and she couldn't stop it, she guessed what they say about love is true.
Soon there was no denying that the two were in love, and it was clear it was troubling to the others in he kingdom. Evvy knew that now was time to tell Dimitris about the curse upon her family, for the concern of everyone was troubling him. So she sat him down and told him why everyone one was so troubled and about the curse placed upon her family. "That explains why you fought so hard to stay away from me."he said as she held her hand in his. She looked down at their hands and gave a nod to his words, it was clear that she was worried about it. It was then, he gently took hold of her chin and lifted it so she was looking at him.
"You don't need to worry about me. If he does come, I'll fight him to save our love." he said then kissed her. A tear slid down her cheek as she kissed him back, and looked into his eyes when it was broken. "But he's extremely powerful and you have no magic of your own." she cried. "I don't need powers to defeat him." he told her firmly. She said nothing more, knowing she wouldn't talk him out of fighting.
It was a dreary day when the sorcerer did in fact come to the kingdom. The lovers were together in the garden having a picnic, when the sorcerer appeared in a cloud of black smoke. "I have come to collect what I'm owed." the Sorcerer spoke darkly. The lovers took to their feet, Dimitris stood protectively in front of Evvy. "You'll not have her!" Dimitris demanded. "I'll fight to the death to keep her from you!" The sorcerer laughed and stared at the two, an evil smirk upon his face. "I hoped you say that." he said, and the battle begun. After a long battle, the lovers were ripped from each other. But, she wasn't taken, instead, her memory was taken and she was sent away.
