There is not a list (as far as I know, perhaps some users made/is making one). :'0 You can pick whoever you want to send a note to, the art doesn't have to be of a kalon or for someone in the kalon community (though it is somewhat preferred) just so long as you give to others and send us your form to notify us that you did so!
