Hello! Thank you so much for hosting this adoption, I'm very excited to see the results! It should be noted that this is my first rodeo in terms of receiving art so if I've done anything wrong, please let me know, and I'll definitely work to improve myself the next time around. Anyways, sorry for rambling, have a wonderful day!

NAME OF VIS: Amber
SEX/GENDER: female
BACKGROUND: Cherries had always been a curious fruit, sometimes sweet, sometimes sour (much like herself, she'd like to add). She found herself strangely drawn to them throughout the holidays, often snacking on dozens at a time. (Though, she'd often find, such large quantity would make her sick.) However, it wasn't till Amber learned of one particular dish that she truly fell in love. While scavenging, or better yet, looking for adventure, one evening, the young creature took to discovering a household that had set baked goodies on the windowsill to air out, the aroma closely resembling that of her commonly-eaten treat. Why humans would always make such things then leave them out and therefor making them vulnerable to anyone of the outside, she wasn't quite sure. Hey, Amber would reason to herself, maybe they wanted them gone! Some type of... Spring cleaning! Careful as to avoid getting caught, she stole one of the pans and ran further into the forest to have an hour or two alone. Pausing momentarily, the young viscet took in the scenery and appreciated what would likely make a fantastic memory; within minutes, the entire pie was gone, and she sat resting against a tree, out of breath and utterly full. Even in past cherry-related binges, she hadn't eaten so much in an entire sitting, but it was hard to regret such endeavors as they were so incredibly fulfilling. Despite her obvious discomfort, however, Amber was satisfied and took to visiting the home regularly in search of more deliciously perfect confections. It became the one thing she looked forward to above all else, the sugary, candied-fruit goo that sat inside a crisp crust melting upon her tongue as though it'd been waiting, expecting. Maybe it was an unhealthy habit to eat such a large "meal" so often, but she just couldn't help herself, it was too darn good! And so it was set in stone, her favorite dessert -- cherry pie!
