Kalons-- a species with soft manes and even softer hearts.

Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sentient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

I have been planning this kalon since October, and finally I've been able to finish it!
Based on Ichigo from the anime Tokyo Mew Mew, which I was obsessed with as a kid!

The Book of Magik produces a set of spells are often unpredictable, with each time being used, new spells will appear for variety and countering! Examples of it's power would be creating beings to attack, casting curses on the enemies, or creating full body armor for the user! The book will enter its 'Hocus form', where it uses all remaining spells to protect the holder in a huge blast if the user is in grave danger. As a drawback, once this energy is used, the book will revert back to its normal form and recharge.

Kari's relationship with "Magik"

It is unusual to say that one of your best friend could be just a sentient magical book, but for Kari, it started as a uncomfortable, distant one. After the Kari received the book from 'unusual origins', Kari and Magik started off as a unusual room mates, with the occasional "hi" or "hello" every time she passed by him in her place. It was awkward seeing a floating book with a single eye just staring you down from any where around her place, since it was just a small apartment at the time, which left little to no privacy for the both of them. But, books wouldn't need privacy anyway, right? Kari didn't even know where this thing came from, and why it came to her. She was just an ordinary Kalon, anyway.

Eventually though, the two began to become close. Strangely, the two had similar interest on history (Big shock, since one of them was a literal book) and the desire to see a better world,a world without crime and corruption! From there, the two became a Kalon and book by morning and a Heroine and weapon by night, with their bonds being interlocked together into a relationship that would last forever.

a fairy wand spear. the topmost star
point is used as the spear, though
any point from the star can deal quite
the blow. micah has decorated her
weapon with a colorful grip holder and
a pretty bow to match her favorite
tail accessory. she often changes out
the bow for different colors when
she wants a change. it also releases
little sparks of magic when she
needs it most during her battles,
often giving her an idea or a quick
boost of energy.
