It appears to have an old-fashioned bell that makes a gentle, soothing sound attached to its tail, along with a strange, silvery feather that sparkles.

This will be a partner competition with HeartGold - you must have a partner for this competition, and may not enter for both. Tell me about their relationship! You can write stories, use art, create a comic, exc. This will be an impress me that is limited to 5 art pieces total, 1500 words per form (remember, forms can be slightly different from one another, but should have the same idea). Prettying up is allowed as well.
Together, you have your partner have two forms (one on each thread, this one and the HG thread) linking each others forms. The forms can be different, but should generally be the same. Ex. HG has a different opinion of SS than they do of HG, they had different experiences/thoughts, exc.

Given it will be more difficult to coordinate with one another and with a holiday coming up, this will last a month - ending December 9th as 2pm est, with extensions possible if enough people ask for it.

Personality

Lugia is described as a cold-hearted creature full of deceit and manipulation. She uses her charm and wits to get what she wants when she wants. The blue lady is known to hide truths and bring about lies that distort the truth. The soulsilver viscet does not care who she hurts and how. Lugia will get whatever her heart desires.

The silver souled viscet tends to act as a spy. She will conduct investigations and go on adventures to find the truth in conspiracies and then hide her findings or sell them to the highest bidder. Lugia is known to cause chaos and trouble wherever she is present. She arrives, conquers, and disappears. No one knows where the soulsilver lady will show up next.

As far as a relationship goes, it will all have to depend. This little lady is super picky on who she has relationships with. Sometimes she might even trade off on males just to confuse them or to watch them fight over her just for Lugia's own amusement. Though if she were to ever find the right male for her, the soulsilver lady would most likely let him in on all of her discoveries, secrets, manipulations, deceits, and plans. She may be cruel, but Lugia is no savage.

- Treats Lugia absolutely loves chocolates and sweets. She would do anything for them (including giving away a secret or two). She despises spicy foods and tries her best to avoid them.

“Now, we’re gonna have to wait ‘till that last guy comes out before we try to get in, otherwise he’ll just call those weird guys with the shooty things…” Yax tried her best to catch her partner's attention, but she could see that glint in his eye that he definitely was not paying attention. “Key. Do you understand what I am saying?” His grin grew more, and unease rose in her stomach. Oh boy. “Yeah, I’ve paid attention. Don’t get me wrong, all that sounds great, and I’m sure you spent a lot of your free time working that stuff out, but how ‘bout i just do this?” Off he went, sprinting away as she barely managed an angry shriek of his name at him. He always was like this. Oh, it flustered her alright, but his crazy, get-at-it attitude is what she loved about him. Of course she would never say this out loud or give any indicators of it; why encourage him? She hurled herself after him as he ripped open the unlocked door of the building and turned to her, winking. A pathetic yelp came from inside when she reached the door, and as she squeezed in the last human scurried quickly past her. A tired chuckle escaped her lips as she ran after him, knocking over everything in the building as they took everything they wanted.
