I have a question - it's not yet Halloween for me, but for CS, it's clearly Halloween now. Should users go by CS-time and release them now, or wait until Halloween actually occurs for us?

I'll probably close it on the 31st itself, so you still have several hours. It'll most likely close for raffling at about 3:00 PM EST on the 31st to 5:00 PM EST.

I'll be going by my timezone, plus a few extra hours for late approvals, which would bring it around 3-5 pm on the 31st as said above. So wait for when I at least post it is closed for raffling! I would rather they are revealed after raffle results are posted, but you can go ahead and reveal earlier if you don't have time to do it later. c:
