what are their dreams?;; for some reason, every dream he has includes a yellow butterfly. its not always easy to spot, but it is without a doubt there every time. he makes a game out of trying to find it whenever he wakes up after dreaming. he's been told he is making himself see it there when it isnt, but he is sure that he isnt making it up.

finley dreams of food.
both at night and aspirations.
he wants to be a baker and co-own a business with his best friend Alfie. the two of them currently suck at baking, but they both share that dream. It's all finley wants.
At night, finley dreams of food, except he dreams he's a master chef.
This is obviously very confusing, as he despises cooking, despises. It's like in his dreams he becomes the opposite of himself; he yells and screams, cooks, hates baking, and doesn't even know alfie.
finley believes it's a view into another life that he's lucky enough to have some control over.

Kiran has a lot of aspirations. He wants to become a mapmaker. He wants to
explore the world and chart all of his adventures on pieces of smooth paper
in the colors of the earth around him. He wants to help people so that they
don't get lost. He wants to travel the world wide over and expose and see
people and places he's never seen in his life. Kiran wants to take photos of
all of the things he sees so that he can take them home and share stories
with his friends and family. He wants to put the years of geological and
geographical studies he has under his belt to use so that no one in the
entire world will ever be lost again in their travels.
On the other hand, Kiran also wants to help others, but in a different kind
of way. He wants to become a mental health counselor and open up a camp
for kids and teens in the LGBTQ community. Sometimes it's hard for them
to be in a place where they can be themselves, so even if it's only for a bit,
he wants to open that kind of camp so they can just be them instead of
having to worry about everyone else and how they'll react to them. It's a
safe place of sorts. He wants to be there to give them a helping hand and
make sure that they'll be okay, no matter the time.
Within himself, Kiran wants to become a better person. When he was a bit
younger, there was no filter between his cerebrum and his mouth. What he
thought was what he said and if you didn't like it then so be it. The older
he got the more he started seeing how much he hurt others like this and
ever since has vowed to not be like he was back then. He's been looking
after other people and making sure it's okay, and such things have earned
him friends that are greater friends than any he's had before.

Phil has always dreamed about finding his true love.

His mother always read him fairy tales when he was younger. His favorite by far was the tale of Snow White.
'Mum, when I'm older, will I find my true love like Snow White?' he would ask.
'Of course you will!' she would smile,' Kindness, generosity and a loving soul. Anyone with
those qualities shall find true love. You have all of those qualities, you have a heart of gold.'
He smiles when he remembers those memories. Him and his mother, snuggled up
with his blue blanket on the couch.

For Phil, it was a bit different. He finds it difficult to find true love because
he doesn't really like girls, he prefers guys. He still hasn't found the one, sadly.
Nobody else that he has met is like him. He's not sad, he doesn't mind
it that much actually. He just wants someone to be with.

Someone else with a heart of gold.

what are their dreams?;; percy has dreamed a multitude of things, dreams involving
him doing things that require great bravery and skill. dreams that involve him being
a hero, which he isn't much of in real life. he's an officeworker, nobody expects an
officeworker to do such magnificent things, unless you're superman, of course, but
that's only in stories.

one thing percy dreams about is to conquer the bravery to sail around the whole world,
from the beginning to the end, no matter how long it takes. he has multiple reoccurring
dreams of him on a small ship, being glided away by the vast ocean, and strives to make
this dream come true in real life. percy has loved to explore since a child, and remembers
venturing away from his home just to follow a butterfly a multitude of times. percy even
vaguely remembers getting lost once as a child due to exploring too far.

percy also dreams about saving lives. he wishes to make a difference, and to put it the least,
to be known. it sounds silly, really- a grown man dreaming about being some sort of kin of
superman. but percy takes it very seriosusly. he donates once a month atleast a quarter of his
earnings from working in the office to the cancer foundation, but that isn't important now, is it?
he's trying little by little to make a difference some how, and that's that.

he's going to do a lot to make it happen, right?
from the days of his younger years, around a decade ago, he started to build a ship. a ship that
was strong enough to hold him for the long venture that was hopefully to come. but, he was teased
in school about it. the other children ruined the ship, crushing it to worthless rubble. percy grew sad,
sad for a very very long time. but he did not let that stop him. today, he's still working on a new, bett
er, ship, and he's even planning when he's going to do it, marking his calendar for that day he can fin
ally start to achieve this immense dream.

and as was mentioned earlier, percy donates some of his earnings to a cancer foundation, hoping it trul
y will make a difference like he sees on the ads that are displayed. he will go out of his way to help som
eone on the streets. whether they're homeless, hungry, anything, he's there to help. his friends love him
for this, they all can honestly agree that percy is the most caring friend you'll ever have in bad times.

percy's a bit complicated when it comes to describing his personality. first off, he's claustrophobic as well as hating the
thought of the dark. he literally still sleeps with a nightlight kept in his room. he hates being drowned by the
absence of light, so keeps himself away from it. he's not the timid type at all, he's viciously outgoing. percy loves
to talk, and talk to people until he eventually drives them to be annoyed. he always has a story to share which he
tells to the kits of his friends, loving to see the surprised looks on their faces that his tales bring them. percy was
always a big literature lover, so loves to pass it on. he currently has a big wall of books built in his bedroom which
has books of many, many different genres. and percy's read them almost all. when he's not in the office, you can us
ually find percy curled up beside his fireplace with a book or working on his travel plans. but, one thing is how percy
is very very protective and a bit controlling of his friends. he's a little too confident in himself, always boasting about
his dreams. percy likes to try to fit into the crowd, changing himself to be able to 'fit in' as he calls it. he can come
off as rude sometimes as he likes to speak his mind most of the time. he likes to participate in stable debates, making
him an argumentive person. but, i can most certainly not leave out that percy is a very, very kindhearted soul and those
are just the few of his negative personality traits.

percy loved him. everything about him, his eyes, his hands, his nose, everything about him. he loved him so much, he would
do anything at all to make him happy.

but who was 'him' exactly? his name was casper, he was a traveller from india. it seemed like a miracle to percy, a perfect
match, casper was everything percy wanted. he didn't judge him, nor make fun of him. he helped him in every way possible.

but it was that one rainy night that changed it all. that one eventful night that has scarred percy for his life.

december 15th, 2004
percy tossed and turned in his bed, squirming at the loud booms of thunder that shook the ground when they hit. his mind
rapidly spun on the axis of his consciousness, his heart pulsing loudly. giving up on the idea of sleep, percy threw his legs over
the messy bed, heading to the room where slept his lover, casper. he opened the door quietly, trying not to wake him. that was
before he saw the empty bed, perfectly made with no trace of him there. almost as if he'd never been there. percy's mind raced
faster, thinking of almost every bad outcome there was as he frantically dialed his digits into his cell phone.
the person you are trying to call is not accepting calls from you at this time, please try again later. the phone chimed.
and then it hit percy. right then and there. the realisation came racing at him faster than his mind ever could, hitting him and
knocking him to the ground. he sobbed. he was gone. the night before, it was all because of him, wasn't it? the argument. the
screaming. everything was his fault, and now he was gone. his sunshine was gone, taking a part of percy with himself.
all gone.

december 15th, 2007

dear my casper,
i wish you were back, but it is honestly no use now. today marks the day of you having
been gone for three years now and i have lost all of my hopes of ever seeing you again.
i really thought i loved you.

i'm seeing someone right now. they remind me alot of you. brown eyes, blonde hair, a
pale face. his laugh reminds me of yours, but his laugh sounds a bit ridden of joy to me,
almost as if something had sucked some of the life out of it. i don't love him as much
as i loved you if you were wondering.

i'm just rambling now. i'm sorry if something happened to you and i'm just oblivious to it.
it never did seem like you to just leave me, i know you wouldn't do that. i hope so, atleast.
