If he were gelded, he would get:
+2 in trainability
+.1 hands in height
And a significant boost in competition scores ^^ So it really depends on what you want to use him for! He won't receive boosts in any physical stats, however, although if an Appaloosa registry was created and he was registered as purebred (since QHs can be used in Appy blood), then he would have three additional stats. That's pretty much the only way to add physical stats c:

The vet began the procedure on Fin without complications, but Fin quickly took a turn for the worse and the vet had to intervene quickly to save his life. Fortunately, by the time he was done, Fin had survived, but the major complications with the surgery cost 350c in total.

The vet offered his deepest apologies for the rare complications and assured Meadow Valley Stables that this was certainly out of the ordinary for his veterinary practice!
