My name is Doctor Joseph Scott, the date is January 8th of the year 2015, and it's finally happening — the
moment we've all been waiting for. We've been optimistic despite the biting cold outside and the loss of
RGr3. The surviving eggs have hatched and they are, well.... the creatures inside are wondrous. Br1, Gr2,
YBl4, and Blk5 are what we have labeled them — naming things can be quite dangerous when it comes to
us humans and our silly emotional attachments. The other project lead, Dr. Irving Kultz, is ecstatic — as he
should be. Project Zero is finally getting somewhere. We're making progress! I allowed Kultz to have the first
pick of the litter as he seems to be the most er, for lack of a better term: obsessed. He chose Gr2 while my
team chose Blk5. I'm relieved to have my own team instead of working alone with Kultz. Absolutely nothing
against the man, but with the little secret I managed to sneak into my area of the lab, I wouldn't have the
time to care for Blk5 by myself while he focused on Gr2.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxI wasn’t aware that we had a public blog until Kultz
was going on about the government editing out information
and basically threatening the organisation. and that is
exactly why i keep a journal, not a damn blog! This is
sensitive information that most people can’t handle. I’m
surprised it’s taken this long for the government
to step in again.
Anyway. A very happy birthday to me. The little secret I
mentioned has finally hatched. I will admit, this egg had
me worried as it didn’t hatch at the same time as the
others, but perhaps it just wanted to wait til my birthday. I
must admit… I understand how Kultz feels now. This little
lady is certainly number one in my life now. She deserves a
name, but I don’t want to get more attached than I feel I
already am. Damn these emotions.
The name Experiment One will have to do.
------------>
xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxAll of my hard work has paid off ten fold. Kultz is
thrilled because Experiment Zero is free of any “frills” that
the viscets usually have along the center of their heads and
down their backs. Instead, there’s a fine mist in place of
the “frills.” That’s wonderful, but Experiment One, oh my
beautiful girl! Not only does she share the same mist as
Experiment Zero, but she seems to have gained fins on her
cheeks too. That is fascinating! Irving won't shut up about
how aerodynamic Experiment Zero is because of the lack
of “frills” — wait til he gets a load of this! Fins! This viscet
has actual fins! In other news, Experiment One's pelt is
changing rapidly, and I blame it on the experimentation.
The change doesn’t seem to be hurting her at all and
that’s all that matters. The albinism in spots is a sight
to behold, especially mixed with the melanistic spots
along the bright green. She is spectacular.
------------>

Her eye colour paired with her clumsiness had me worried, but after more tests, it’s been brought to my attention
that she’s far from blind. She can see everything. The closest to ‘x-ray’ vision known to man.jj
She’s been aging at such a rapid pace because of the experimentation, I feel like she deserves some sort of
celebration, even if it isn’t a real birthday, just in case (illegible scribbling).
I would love nothing more than to be able to allow her to swim and splash around in the actual ocean, but
there are far too many dangers involved, so it definitely warms my heart to see how much she loves the
viscet-sized aquarium I had built for her. It will have to do for now.jj
It’s been months since Experiment One hatched and I only just told Doctor Kultz about my little indiscretion.
I thought he would be far more angry than he actually was. After a small lecture, he brought up the idea
of introducing the two viscets: Experiment Zero “Jack” and my beloved Experiment One. I agreed after
some hesitation, and it was both rather sad and a little entertaining.
Jack was put under in case he decided to lash out at her, but she was desperate for the sleeping viscet’s
attention. Despite him being fast asleep, she chirped at him as if carrying on a conversation. Jokingly,
I referenced the nursery rhyme, ‘Jack and Jill’, and well… it stuck.
Experiment One finally has a name.
… damn these emotions.
Jill’s hatchday is in three days and Jack’s was yesterday. Things have been growing unstable and tensions
are rising. Jack has killed six people and I just can’t risk my viscet. We are leaving Baskerville — possibly
England all together — and I am leaving this journal behind. Happy hatchday, Jill, and to my team:
good riddance.

Oh my lord this was hard to judge. But honestly, I just loved the way this tied in with Jack's story, it was amazing <3
I was a little bit skeptical at first but it turned out amazing, so huge congrats to you Kylo ^^
A special mention goes out to commandant, because gosh that form was so lovely. I adored all your art especially. (Remember, your SM's can be claimed here.)

Congratulations! I really loved the development for Experiment One, and I can't wait to see more from both her and Jack. <3 c:
Edit;; commandant isn't available right now due to family difficulties and therefore her congratulations are delayed. Even I can't communicate with her atm ;w;
please stop asking me to give you my viscets. thank you!
