"Why hello there! It's quite a surprise to see you here!" A gentle and excited voice said near you. You have found yourself at the Hallmark Cafe! A brown colored Plumerian comes from a small area behind the counter over to you. The Plumerian held out its paw to you, you can't help but to shake paws/hands with it. The space here at the cafe is so friendly and calming! "Ah, My name is Eden! Eden Hernadez. This small beauty belongs to me and to my daughter, Caife. You might see her later in the day if you stay a while longer! She is off at school currently, the sweetest and most organized person that I have ever known!" You look around for a while in this place and glance at Eden with the smell of hazelnut and coffee beans drifting over to your nose. It's actually him with the smell! Why are you smelling the Plumerian anyway silly willy? You nod yes at the kind cafe owner and settle down at a nearby table. "Lovely! Since you are sticking around here for the day, I'll gladly serve you for free!" Eden said happily, walking back behind the counter. "What do you prefer in your cup of coffee? Any small desserts that you would like?" "(Your coffee and/or snack) would be alright thank you!" You replied with a small smile. Eden tends to make your small "order" and comes over again to your table. "Here you go! What would you like to know about me on a day like this?" He sits across from you with a shine in his eyes. You take a small sip from your drink. "Well..."

"My personality is what you want to hear first? Odd, people usually ask about interests and how is life. Asking about people's personalities is... weird. But okay! Let's get right to it!" Eden says in a bright tone and with a toothy grin. "First and foremost, I am really positive as you might have known straightaway. I like to be everyone's positive sunshine of the day! I absolutely am a good listener and will give advice to anyone with a rocky situation." He says calmly. You nod your head and continue taking small sips of your drink. "I suppose I am admirable?" He says in a low questionable voice. "I mean, most people tell me that I'm a pretty good role model for the kids in town and to the elder folks at the retirement home down the block so I guess that's actually great! I'd like to keep my reputation up for everyone living around these parts." Eden seems a bit flattered just speaking about this stuff with his notable reddish cheeks and a constant paw combing his hair like a bird preening its feathers. "I consider myself confident and pretty compassionate! Especially with running this cafe and caring for my lil' Caife! When I put forth projects and work, both here and at home, I still continue on. Even with small errors that pop up here and there, they never stop me." Eden smiles at you, eyes relaxed. "I just find a way to fix them up and get over with it. Small things like that never disappoint me and I like to learn from small errors from that. I guess you can say I'm never a discouraged person!" You smile widely. You adore people like that and have full respect for them! They still come through strong in obstacles and never have anything stop them from anything! Much like if they were super heroes, nothing scares them away in their duties. You suppress a small laugh at your own thoughts. Eden seems to have his face a bit closer with a adorable confused expression when you come back to reality. "Did I speak like John Oliver or something? I don't recall saying anything that makes you sound like a horse dying." You laugh out loud while clutching your stomach, his features soften up and he has a small grin starting to form from the corners of his mouth. "And I guess I'm a humorous type of person, heck! Even animals laugh with my art of jokes!" He seems a bit boastful about this with his chest more puffed out. You settle down from the laughter and for the sake of your stomach crying out agony! "Heh, but honestly I do like having people laugh like that every now and then. I just need better materials for my customers to hear and I'll gladly be a stand up comedian star sooner or later. I suppose you want me to continue a bit more until I'm done?" He asks you softly. You nod quickly and smile brightly at the Plumerian. "Alrighty then! I'd like to think sometimes that I'm reserved and a delicate thinker. I usually keep to most of my thoughts from time to time, but that doesn't mean that I am not expressing what I think and what I want to say. I guess I only say that because it happens when nobody is interested to hear what I want to say or I just want to keep to myself." You nod in understanding and say that it's perfectly fine! "Really?" Eden asks, eats perked up and a set of questionable eyes, but he smiles afterwards. You nod to him again, both of you are enjoying this lovely conversation in the morning still. "Ah! It's nice to hear people say that, thank you! I guess that's all from me for now unfortunately," he says lowering his head a bit. But he lifts his head up again to look at you. "Another Topic from your coffee Plumie?" Eden asks in a funny voice. You say yes, but right after you finish up wolfing down your mini blueberry muffins. "Okay there, muffin overlord, take your time to taste every bite. What use will it be you you swallow it whole like a snake without savoring the flavor?"

After getting another cup of (your coffee) Eden returns back to the small table. You barely register that he was wearing a beanie on his head. Your eyes catch two buttons on the beanie, one shaped like a cookie and next to it a other button shaped like a coffee mug. Eden has caught you glancing at his beanie and chuckles a bit. "Are you curious about my beanie there pal?" You nod slowly. "Well it has a small story to it and very dear to me, even though it's such a simple item." He takes off the beanie and his wild hair pricks out like a porcupine. "Here is how I got it if I recall correctly..."

"My daughter, Caife, actually made this for me last year as a Christmas gift! It didn't turn out as nice looking like it is now, but that was okay with me because it came from the heart." He smiles warmly at this with his eyes closed. "I remember lil' Caife going to a knitting club a week or two before Christmas and she made me this gem. She also told me that she also made those buttons on the beanie with the help of her friend. It was so nice and surprising to get anything at all from her last year, especially handmade, but it came out wonderfully! At least to my eyes. She felt a little disappointed that she didn't do the knitting pattern right and feeling pressured at the last minute to give me a gift. She actually was a bit saddened but I told her that it was perfect! No matter what the conditions was to it, I would always wear the hat. She then cheered up a bit after that and was always happy since then seeing me wear the beanie! In the heat, cold, dry, or rainy days, she would always be happy to see the beanie placed on my head..."

You ask about how Caife is with Eden since you will have to leave soon. The atmosphere here is kind and gentle, you would love to hear on how Caife is! "Ah my dear Caife! She is a smart and bright girl in the universe! As I may have said before, she is really sweet and very organized! She always plans out thing accordingly with school and here at the cafe!" You nod and keep listening intently. "Between me and Caife, we always enjoy being around one another, if not! I'm afraid that we can't be split for a mere second!" Eden laughs for a bit and so do you! "But in seriousness, we both help one another out with situations and taking care of this small place. We need to stick together like glue for the customers and to keep this place in check! We do have our silly moments and like to stay on task, it isn't easy working hours from 9 am to almost 11 at night! We enjoy ourselves baking some small treats after a days work! At home we like to watch reruns of classic cartoons and enjoy taking care of one another..."
