Review:

Following your moral compass sounds like an easy task, but when faced with life and death situations this compass becomes skewed.

In this classic zombie tale, you must fight to survive. Facing not only the challenge of the undead but the dangerous of man stripped to it's core; predatory instincts to live no matter the cost of those around them.

Playing as Lee, a man accused of murdering another man who slept with his wife but found his escape during the cover of the apocalypse. Who finds companionship with a young girl by name the of Clementine who becomes the humanity and heart of the game. With this duo of father and adopted daughter you face many challenges; including the fight for family and heartbreaking reveals.

This is a game of struggle, of what you believe to be the right choice and the choice that needs to be made, and every selection affecting the life of the characters you've become to love and the gameplay. You will watch heroes fall from grace with every decision, and the innocent now stained with blood. Every corner is a new surprise, a new challenge to deconstruct and a new choice.

As a player of this game I can testify that it is fresh, and unpredictable. As a lover of zombies and avid player/watcher/reader of everything relating, this game is one of the best games I've played relating to. The soul of the game lies within the characters, and you find yourself crying or cheering quite often. The archetype most characters have in games is destroyed in this one, as even the 'evil' or 'terrible' characters have their moments and are relatable. What I look for in tv shows, movies, games, and all above is for character development. From a writers stand point it's important to destroy stereotypes and keep the characters unique, and I look for characters that I can fall in love with and care for as if they were people around me. The Walking dead did this for me.

Review:
Since the beginning of time, humans have feared. Feared the things in the dark, feared each other, and from their fear created monsters. An undying evil writhes below the surface of the earth, a creature who seeks only survival in a harsh unforgiving world, a creature molded by our own fears, into a true monster. The Ancient Enemy, an amorphous creature who shapes its form to the very nightmares of its prey, envelops them, consumes them, and from them takes new nightmares, attacks a small town and consumes everyone who steps foot within it. Garnering media attention and military focus as they attempt to destroy this evil once and for all.

The group of survivors fighting this creature hold their ground, as the monster attacks them with creatures- broken pieces of its own body that take the shape of other monsters to hunt them down, and psychologically torment them by downright playing with them. It pushes them to question who really, is evil. The creature who did nothing but take from human's memories? Or the humans who so declared it a monster, an evil god. And thus, it became.

From a personal standpoint,I have read a lot of books. I read almost consistently, my room is a library, and ive been a fan of other of Mr Koontz' novels. Though an old one, Phantoms was always one of my favorites. It encompasses most any preference, though mostly scifi and horror, it has elements of drama, fantasy, and even a dash of romance. The sheer analysis into the human psyche as they come to terms with this unknown fear, this impossible enemy, and try to delve into their own minds to predict its actions, was fascinating. Its one of the few books I can just sit and read straight through an infinite number of times without putting it down. There is no mercy when it comes to twists and turns, from five pages in, you're struck with a blindside, and the action only escalates to the obvious-final showdown. It left me questioning many things about life, about how things work, and i think that if if a book can accomplish this in its audience, than truly it is something worth reading. There is a movie on the book as well, but I highly recommend reading the book first.

It's somewhat like a D&D game for practically any tablet. (I find that downloading it off 1mobile is efficient)

Now, I won't go saying that it's the perfect game because honestly, it's not perfect. It doesn't have really amazing graphics but graphics aren't everything, right? When you first start the game, you can choose a name. Once a name is chosen, you can choose your race and class. Races include (but is not limited to) elf, human, and gnome. There are many different classes, such as warrior or priest, only there are so many more. You can also choose the alignment, which WILL be useful later on.

Upon starting the game, it may look like it has almost intolerable graphics. But don't worry, just pop into the settings and you'll see several different sprite packs to use. After that, you can explore the cave with your pet (which differs depending on your class and with some classes I think you don't get one) and kill monsters, find food, open chests, write words in the ground and find them later when playing a different character, and a lot more.

If you pray, your god may bless you by healing you. There are a few things that may be a little hard though. If you die, you have to start over with another character. When drinking from sinks or fountains, you may find a water nymph, become mutated or poisoned, or you're lucky, you'll find something like a ring. Careful when drinking potions, some will poison you! Same goes for scrolls. Don't hit random dwarves or something if they don't attack you first, because they may not hate you.

Be careful when opening locked doors, because sometimes merchants will be there and merchants hate it when you break into their shops. Merchants are practically invincible and kill you almost instantly. But they sell useful things. Don't steal from merchants or try to attack one. Unless you have a death wish.

Phew! I think that's all you need to know. There are a lot of controls that'll take some getting used to, but it's worth it. I used to play it practically all day every day.

    Review:
This game was the most heart breaking game I have ever played, the art and style was so amazing and the story behind and in it all will bring tears to your eyes.
In the game That Dragon, Cancer, you are set out on an adventure. when you first begin to play you are in some beautiful scenery that makes you feel calm and gives you that loving feeling. You are with a family who speaks about their kid to their other kids because it seems as if the youngest one has a disability or is just slow at learning. After you hear about this you're set free to go out and find some things but as you do, you can hear the parents whispering about how unfair something is and that either the audience playing or the other kids will not understand. After that is told you discover these giant thorny balls that show up in the rest of the game. ~ wip going to stop there, don't worry I just need to explain these parts so people will understand my review more x3
