Halifax can be someone primarily described as
"sweet"
by almost everyone they happen to meet.
(Now whether that sweetness is appealing or sickeningly sugary is dependent strongly on the person describing them, but they are usually described as sweet either way.)
Their demeanor has never been anything short of ridiculously kind and adorably shy. Every move they make, every sound they make, is hesitant and uncertain. Unknowing if the person they talk to will receive their sweetness with gratefulness or bitter contempt, poor Halifax is often too shy to approach and talk to the strangers they meet everyday. Except, of course, when one of those people is in need of some assistance or help, which is when Halifax's selflessness and mild boldness kicks in.
They are always, always willing to aid someone in need, no matter the consequences or potential awkwardness. Their firm beliefs in the power of kind gestures is never one to be swayed.
However, if anyone is sarcastic or rude in even the slightest way, Halifax's feelings are bound to be very hurt, even at an apparent 'joke.' They will then become melancholy and reclusive, receding to the darkest corners of the room to sulk and sob in silence until a friend comes over to comfort their damaged psyche.
Because of this, Halifax has very few friends that put up with those semi-frequent bouts of sadness.
(Also because Halifax has a lot of trouble discerning between a playful joke and actual insult.)
Nevertheless, all of Halifax's friends are sure to appreciate the fresh bequest of flowers and home-grown food that dear Halifax loves to give. Halifax is an avid gardener and maintains a lovely greenhouse-esque space on his balcony. Fruits, vegetables, and of course flowers are all grown in healthy abundance. And with all of those fresh herbs, veggies, and syrupy fruit picked daily, Halifax has started to manifest a passion for fine cooking.

While Halifax may have no job at the moment they do have aspirations to one day follow their dreams and become a makeup artist of all things. Halifax loves art but despite such steady and skilled hands Halifax didn't chose the typical paths of freelance artist, painter or any other typical type of artist's profession but instead Halifax has always enjoyed the art of helping someone put their best face forward and make themselves feel beautiful inside and out.███

Halifax has many hobbies but there are two (aside from makeup) that particularly stand out as a true part of his identity.
Gardening is the first of his hobbies, he enjoys growing a variety of plants but flowers are his favorite, the colors and scents are beautiful to him. The second thing on the list is music. While playing no instruments himself Halifax loves to hear the emotions of others and his own deepest thoughts portrayed through song. He isn't picky either, he would happily listen to anything from classical to hard rock.Thank you to all who helped me!

This kiddo is an Australian possum, one of my favorite animals! I want to make sure they go to a good home since I like them so much. This contest will be an impress me (with a few limits so it's not overwhelming for me when it comes time to judge).
The form below includes the bare minimums, however I'm also giving you some extras! You can have unlimited art as well as writing up to 500 words total. You don't have to use all of that by any means - it's just the maximum that I'll have time to read.
Section headers (ex: history, personality, username, etc) are not included in the word count, nor are any words in the minimum form requirements listed below, any words in your art, or any short phrases in any coding. The only words that count towards the limit are the ones in any extra sections you want to add! Coding isn't required as I'll be judging mainly based on content, but I do enjoy seeing what you guys can come up with. It sometimes adds a bit of creativity!
This contest will end on the day school starts for me, August 10th. This contest has been extended to the 15th by request!
