We are an adoption center centered around the creation and distribution of anthropomorphic animals of varied kinds and species. They are all made with custom lines and are always unique to each adopt (even RUs have their own lines). Most adopts will come with tidbits of likes, dislikes, and anything in between to prompt a user at what to do for them- of course this isn’t set in stone- just suggestions!
With the species I hope to promote equality, acceptance, and harmony through their fictional word set within the Kingdoms of Organia and, more specifically the center point, and power house of it all, Furtopia. Upon adopting from or participating in the species you hereby agree to being a positive influence and a role model for other new users. We here at Furtopia (on behalf of the staff and I) will always welcome you with open arms and open minds.

At every ‘00th adopts there will be a very special adopt released just for that milestone number. Generally, they’ll be creations not of this world and known to be Legends or Mythical creatures.
Dinosaurs, mythical creatures, and most prehistoric and extinct animals count under these guidelines.
On I (Viktor) may make these unless otherwise approved for it to be done by someone else.

*Users may own up to 20 total furtopains.
*A user may only win 5 furtopians in a month (not including any customs one has obtained)
*Customs and Semi-Customs are only given out during events, raffles, or at my digression.
*Furtopians may be your fursonas or you may have kinship with them so long as you own them.
*They may also be traded or gifted for anything and to anyone as long as they have a CS account and our archivist is informed.
*You may not transfer your furtopian to another species.
*You may not revamp or change anything about your furtopian without my or the original artists’ permission. Adding items is aloud.
*There is a community discord chat- to join message Viktor, Eunkung, or Hiyorin to join.

*Furtopians may breed 5 times in a lifetime and can have 3 babies to a litter. (rolled for by 3rds)
*They do not mate for life and each breeding can be done through different parents.
*Polyamorous furs may be bred all together and up to four different parents.
*All NBs are made on their adult looks for ease of creation- but they can be any age at the owner’s will.
*Breeding cool down is one week after an NB’s creation however a fur can only be bred twice a month.

*Must make 1 adopt every month (UNLESS GIVEN EXCEPTIONS).
*Tell Viktor or Hiyorin of any absences or inactivity. We’re pretty chill about it.
*Hybrids involving a bird may not have wings unless the hybrid is between two birds or the hybrid is more avian.
*Regarding chimeras- No sentient snake tails and we’re good.
*When making hybrids- no more than three different species.
*Your adopt limit is 30.
*Staff may make customs once every five adopts they make and may not stockpile the only to post them all at once- if you wait you’ll only get to make one and then have to make five more normal adopts. Sorry ;-;
*Staff may not tryout for FCFS adopts or ‘00s but may tryout for othwr special adopts.
*Owners and Co-owners may do as they please within reason as we have to right and ownership to the adopts. (trust me, we’ll hardly abuse the rules ourselves at all)
*We have a discord group, pm Viktor, Hiyorin, or Eunkung to be added- It’s how we mainly get things done and communicate. Now a requirement of staff.
*Cover adopts will not be allowed unfortunately. We want to avoid any cs mod confrontation as much as possible and this would dance around a grey area. Only 00s will be covered adopts ans their covers will have to have detailed art on it most likely to qualify as a mostly independent picture all together. So unless you plan to do the same, don't do it.
*Mods active in the Discord chat will tell me they're active in general and this will earn them a custom once a month and will continue to receive them in that interval until their slots allow it. If they fail to redeem their custom by the end of the month they will not be given it...but you know, the month they're entering brings them a custom. It's just being responsible.
*place the species name of your adopt somewhere on canvase PLEASE.
*Do not make adopts that look like feral animals. Anthro and furries only.
*RUS must be done on custom and unique lines under the original adopt.
*If you have a problem with another staff member, a user, or something along those lines- do NOT act on your own. Come to me or my co's about it. If I find that you have acted negatively towards anyone, reason or not, you'll be removed from staff. You're the face of Furtopia, we need you to be the picture of what Furtopia stands for.

Felidopia:
A Queendom dedicated to the ever dominating races of felines. It is the oldest founded civilization and country of all of Organia. Though home to felines primarily, often times hooven furs will move here, particularly to their capital city, Cat's Paw, or to the big city (one of the Seven Great Cities) Whiska. Very hostile to most nations due to a corrupt Queen and party members and holds a grudge that is on the brink of war with Canidia.
Amphibistan:
Amphibians, reptiles, or other scaley creatures lie within this Dictator country. Despite having one sole ruler, it is hardly corrupt and is actually quite peaceful and fair. However the country as a whole is pretty quiet, communication wise, and is in bad standings with the Isles due to past Dictators.
Republic of Independent Creatures (RIC):
A democratic nation dedicated to equality and freedom of will. Similar to Furtopia but smaller and has more...oppresive standings with its citizens than what is seen on the surface. Stricken with poverty and it's only valuable resource are the diamond mines on the outskirts of Shouk, their capital city.
Rodentian Isles:
A Socialist nation housing only the smaller creatures and rodents and rarely anything more. They're a fair place with nice rights to the people however suffer from low amounts to resources. Their biggest ally, Swimonia, keeps them afloat in their times of need. There is talks of the two countries merging due to this, but no outward propositions have been made by either places.
Swimonia:
This place is full of fish-like or other (in human world terms) sea dwelling creatures. This includes sea-dwelling mamals, seals, or even hippose (and others alike). Swimonia is a democratic country with gold mines and a mass oil industry and is considered the second wealthiest nation next to Furtopia itself.
Aviaria:
Have wings, feathers, or can you fly, maybe you're an insect or some flying hybrid? Well here is where the mass population of this majority goes (besides Furtopia). This is a place where Absolute monarchy is in place with two fine avians, and their children, are in place to rule. It is a very generous country and has many allies. It's only enemy is Felidopia and as of now there is talk of war between the two hiarchal governments. The Felidopian Queen is currently threatening a war document over accusations the monarchs of Aviaria have produced.
Furtopia:
The center of attention, peace hub, and the "face" of the United Kingdoms of Organia. It is known for well laden Constitutional Monarchy which, since it's forming, has kept things fair, equal, and overall peaceful. It's laws and constitution have never been changed due to a unanimous approval of it and it probably the most free and fair of all other kingdoms or countries of Organia. There has never been much conflict before besides when it sided with Canidia (it's closest ally) back in it's early years when Felidopia attempted it's own "domination" of it's prior biggest enemy. Another time was when a group of masked wearing people came from R.I.C. and caused a mass "conflict" in Shung Hi and Jhiki (capital and a Great City), killing many furs as a testament to some odd believe of another god (not Cerridwen).
Canidia:
A Parliamentary democratic nation in which consists of EXCLUSIVELY of canids (dogs, wolves, and sometimes foxes, etc.) and hybrids of such. It holds no bias towards other countries and is pretty reclusivive asides it's tied with Furtopia and it's underlying grudge towards Felidia. It's "fairness" standings are in a similar category to Furtopia's however the country prefers to kept to itself and leave other countries to it's own doing. Only trades with Furtipa. The people here are chill and there is one know weakness/ritual that most canids here do and that is to stop when the prime minister calls for a "Howl" and to join along.
Exile:
The Prison state shared by ALL lands. It is a high security compound where only the worst of the worst go. Also named the "Land of the Damned" and rightfully so. There has been recent controversy on how prisoners are being treated however at current time these allegations are foggy at best.
Land of the Holy:
Where Cerridwen and the other gods that don't live (physically) on earth go in essence or projection to speak to or communicate with the religious leaders or other people that seek out counsel with. Only Monks, Priests, and Shamen appointed by Cerridwen herself live here.
???:
An uninhabited and uninhabitable land where it is all blizzards all the time. Considered unclaimed land however no one has taken a move to claim it due to it's barren state.
