Prompt: Heartfilia Rose has always been on the small size, but she doesn't let that bother her. She prefers to be small, allows her to sneak in and out of crowds without being detected, also allows her to get to places that taller viscets just simply can't get to without possibly hurting themselves. She's a lil love bug if there ever was such a thing. Always looking out for others, helping her fellow viscets find the perfect mate for them, so they could live out their lives happily with their soul mate. She's a speed devil on her feet, especially when she is running. Most find it hard to keep up with her despite her small size.
Rose is an expert when it comes to archery, she's never missed her target. For instance, at one time she was tasked with hitting gnat wich was resting on the cover of a chandelier. She had to hit the gnat, without damaging the Chandelier. Her parents were watching her closely, nervous that she would damage it, or hurt someone. However, believed that she could do it. As Rose began to take aim at the tiny gnat, she took a few deep breaths, narrows her vision on the gnat. She then closes her eyes for a few moments to better sense the entire room, the current of the air in the room, the vibrations in the floor, air around her, and the target. Sensing even the tiniest movement. She proceeds to open her eyes, takes one more deep breath, gets an arrow ready to fire, aims her bow, an arrow at the gnat takes one last deep breath, releases the arrow. A few friends decide to throw paper airplanes at the arrow, even tossing basketballs, footballs back in forth between each other in an attempt to hit the arrow, but somehow as if the arrow was being guided by some type of magic it quickly dodged everything. being sent at it.
Rose shrugs.

She looks up at her dad.
He stands behind his daughter, places his paws on her shoulders.
"It sure is, my precious lil princess. It sure is."
Not only does the arrow manage to hit the gnat, but it also successfully leaves the Chandelier undamaged, scratch free appearing to disappear as it hits its target, when truthfully its just returning to its pen form, re-appearing within her pocket fur.
She then quickly realizes what she was meant to do, she decides to create soft loveable, heart-shaped heads for her arrows, takes those newly created arrows, as well as her love bow, out with her everywhere she goes, and whenever she find the perfect match, she takes the tip of the arrow rubs it against one of the two, fires the arrow at the other, causing them to seek each other out, having them fall in love upon first glance.
Extra: Her newly found purpose in the world gave her hope that everyone can and will find their true love. And if they can't find them on their own, than Heartfilia Rose shall be there to help them find their one true love. For once the heart tip touches someone, it automatically directs Rose to her target, the closes she gets, the more the heart tip will appear to pulsate. the brighter the heart will appear to be if someone is heartbroken. The heart will turn darker, Rose will immediately help them find their soul mate.
