[Schnuffel Bunny]

Kalons-- a species with soft manes and even softer hearts.

Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sapient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

Their shining tails are used for identification and showing off,
which is helpful when spotting another Kalon from afar. This
association with other Kalons is why they are head-over-heels
for any shiny or colorful item that they come across!

I was listening to my favorite music by Adrian von Ziegler, his music is fantastic.
While listening the dark music he makes this one called 'Blackened Roots' made me
think and create this dark eerie Kalon.

Based from dark thorn roots and the darkness.
I'll love to see some writing and art, only from
using about 500 words or less. Tell me if they have
a much sweeter or evil type of personality. Then
sketch or draw them with that type of personality.

Val had always been perfectly fitting for her job description. She always dresses head to toe in black or grey, clothes blurring with her own jet fur; on occasion, her hair might be dyed, but that is the only sign of colour apart from her eyes, mouth, and paws. She always comes into work seemingly exhausted from the previous shift, carrying a grumpy expression everyday. Her voice is always the same low, bored, monotone pitch:

"Welcome to Hot Topic. Let me know if I can help you."

But of course, this is not the only facet to her personality. Her few friends will assert to you that the kalon working at the emo shop in the mall is not Valeria Vogel. The real Val is instead an expressive, humourous kalon, who is deeply caring for others. On one occasion, a friend says, Val heard that the friend's partner broke up with him. The next day, Val ran over to his house with a freshly baked cake and some video games to play with him. Val may hold a mean appearance, but it reflects nothing of her personality; she may be the most kind and thoughtful kalon you'll meet.

He's not mean, just tired. Any one would be too if they worked a multitude of odd customer service jobs everyday. Most routinely, he's a quiet café barista by day and a mysterious bartender by night. He's also attending a culinary arts school, and tends to draw every free moment he gets, bringing in the occasional commission bonuses. He's not the most frantic, or motivational kalon out there, but his work-packed daily cycle once in a while draws the attention of others. Others wondering,"why?", specifically. And his answer is simple. He's just saving up for any common place reason. He wants to pay off his student debt, get a place for himself, and maybe even save up for his own café/bakery some day. Due to his lack of time, and sleep, he's usually always sporting the messy hair, dark-circle look, and is rather distant, but it doesn't particulary affect his life, since he is a quiet spoken, yet polite character to begin with, so it doesn't attract too much attention. All in all, he's actually a sweet heart, but too tired, busy, and just shy to show it.

Emrys, son of an unknown man, had a kind and fragile heart. He was son of the unknown male and a prisoner female, trapped in and never able to teach him the motherly ways. Never having a father, he went to his lecturers for a father figure. He stumbled across a whithered elder who was able to care for him until maturity and he grew to know many things of chilvary.
One day, the day of his maturity, a group of Kalons strolled into town with a mighty ruler, Giovanni (not a real kalon, just needed a name of some ruler). Holding the flag of the Blue Griffin, he was in to be the Prime Ruler of the area. The king had been pronounced dead many years before and he was now here to show the towns folk that he was the worthy king.
"I don't trust him." The Elder told Emrys, not knowing of the royal guard behind him.
The elder was missing and Emrys couldn't do anything but stop this Torment from creating an evil spirit. It was time to show Giovanni who the peacekeeper of the village really was.
Sword at paw, slashing and chopping at the limbs of Giovanni and his guards. Emrys was an unstoppable force. Giovanni pulls out his blade and stabs and slashes at Emrys's chest. Emrys gave the final blow to Giovanni's legs, paralyzing him at contact.
Emrys'a mother was set free of the labor slave activities and was then proclaimed the "Peace Keeper of Kingdoms." Not to mention, Emrys's mother was granted queen of the Kingdom and was called "Lady of Solitude"
