This viscet ties into the literature theme that's been going around. The poem Annabel Lee was Edgar Allen Poe's last poem. It's very sad and honestly, it breaks my heart. I drew a crown on this Viscet because of the first quote below. The clock is to represent the second stanza given. Their love is eternal and not even death could stop their clock from ticking. The rose represents the angels envy for Annabel's beauty that they can't compare to. Lastly, Mint Chip helped me with the eye color. Mint pointed out that gold would help represent heaven, which is a strong theme in the poem so I chose to go with that because of its meaning. To win this Viscet its simple, you have to make me cry. Write or draw something sad about/ involving this Viscet. Poem's are welcome too.

"It was many and many a year ago,
In a kingdom by the sea,
That a maiden there lived whom you may know
By the name of Annabel Lee;
And this maiden she lived with no other thought
Than to love and be loved by me." - Edgar Allen Poe, Annabel Lee
But our love it was stronger by far than the love
Of those who were older than we—
Of many far wiser than we—
And neither the angels in Heaven above
Nor the demons down under the sea
Can ever dissever my soul from the soul
Of the beautiful Annabel Lee; " - Edgar Allen Poe, Annabel Lee
The angels, not half so happy in Heaven,
Went envying her and me—
Yes!—that was the reason (as all men know,
In this kingdom by the sea)
That the wind came out of the cloud by night,
Chilling and killing my Annabel Lee. " - Edgar Allen Poe, Annabel Lee
