Pookie was a former fisher cat that lived near the banks for most of faer kithood. Fae lived alone mostly, surprisingly at the age of 5 months, having to survive on faer own. Wake up, fish, eat, repeat, sleep...It was a boring life actually, but it was normal at this point. It wasn't until fae met
Coronet and aer child,
Dot passing through faer home. They were looking for shelter from an oncoming storm, and Pookie, lonely and curious allowed them to stay. Dot, being roughly around faer age, attracted Pookie to her instantly. It went from quiet whispers to joyful laughter, Pookie and Dot haven't stopped laughing since.
Pookie is totally besties with Dot. Like, they don't even call themselves plain old buddies anymore, they just call each other "the best besties on the block." They enjoy going around the farmyard, living it up by socializing and they always pair together during games that need a partner. Gosh, the two cats even wear the same accessories at times! You'll usually see them shoving their relationship in other cats' faces by them shoving their friendship braces in their muzzles.
But, what's the point of friendship without some trouble? Silly ol' Dot is known to convince the more troublesome Pookie to engage in some well-orchestrated pranks! Their favorite target has to be Hardy since he's a bit slow to their antics. Pranks are cool, sure, but their main profession is the arts of gossip.Together, they like to deep dive into the farmyard's gossip, taking in all the drama around them. Pookie is the main cat to pick out important details and Dot'll prod even more with pretty uncomfortable questions. Some days, when the farmyard is dry of drama, they'll take a journey out of the farmyard, taking in any intel they hear from passing cats, just for funsies. Do they think they're grade A detectives? Do they like to pretend to by super-cool spies? Who knows, for all we know, they might just like drama for dramas sake.
They rarely have any quarrels, but if they do, it's usually Pookie who's the most emotional of the two. One minute it's muzzles up in the air, to hugging and crying the next. It's hard for the two to ever be mad at each other for too long, mostly because they encourage each other to share their feelings. But in truth, seeing Pookie and Dot together all the time can be exhausting. They are pretty overwhelming when they're paired! Especially to poor, poor Coronet.
