Shadow knew the other cat had seen him- just as he knew that he was trespassing. But.. he had a reason, didn’t he? Hopefully they’d hear him out. Shadow freaked for a second, as the fire-pelted cat walked towards him.
"What are you doing here?" She growled. But.. it seemed half-hearted. "Foxstar doesn’t take to trespassers well." She narrowed her eyes, looking like she was going to attack him. Then the other cat's gaze softened, "But.. I do, What are you doing here? Foxstar'll be mad."
Shadow wondered who this 'Foxstar' was. But he didn't voice his thoughts, surprised at the she-cats quick mood change, he just stuttered, trying to say, "I don't have a home." but it probably came out very different.
Though the fire-pelted she clearly understood. Her gaze turned to one of pity and she responded, "come. I'll talk to Foxstar for you."

Foxstar recived them. Whoever this Foxstar was. The other red-pelted cat stared at him with narrowed eyes. Shadow truly did hope that the nice cat he had met would help him.
"Robin's Cry. Who is this?" He said. The cat had the poise of a leader, maybe.. Shadow trembled, Robin's Cry looked to him, she didn't know his name.
"I- my name is Shadow.." Shadow said, he could tell that he was trembling.
Robin's Cry, if that was her name, then spoke, "He means no harm, Foxstar." She meowed. "Shadow is looking for a home. He could be a valuable member of the Clan."Her words were soft spoken, but Foxstar listened.
"Ok." That was it, that was all he said. Foxstar turned back, walking into his den. The leader,if he even was the leader, the turned around, "You'll get a trial. Do not do anything funny." His words were like ice, seeping into Shadow's fur. Shadow silently reminded himself to not get on Foxstar's bad side.
Robin's Cry looked at him, smiling slightly, "Well, that went much better than I thought it would."

Foxstar often receives others with soft 'hostility' in order to impact a 'tough' impression on others. But he knows when to let others into his 'Clan' and is much more lenient since the Clan is low on members. Once he gains more he might start being much. more aggressive.
