Calorn enjoys creating things from latch hooking, he likes how soothing it can be and how hard it is to mess up as long as you follow the pattern. Each color has its place, and even though he occasionally jabs himself with the hook, the yarn is soft and comfy enough to make up for it.

When I'm stressed, I go in my room and hide,
and destress by doing math. Most people hate math. I've never understood
why. Geometry is my favorite. I just really like shapes. I also relieve stress
by drawing myself. By that I mean squares. Cubes. Anything I draw always
turns out geometric, and I'm not sure why. But I do love geometry, so I guess
it's okay. But that's my opinion anyway. Another thing I like to do is sit and
watch the rain fall with the window open so I can smell it. The scent is just
really really pleasing for me. I'm not sure why, but when I'm stressed and it's
a rainy day, a breath of rain scented air is all I need to tell me that my day
will be okay. Even if things still go wrong, doing math, drawing shapes, or
just simply breathing is how I deal with soothing my stress.

They find them calming that's one of the reasons he loves to make them and it helps him get rid of stress because its soothing light and little flicker makes him sleepy and helps him forget his worries. Her coworkers may get annoyed by the sound of torn paper, but are often forgiving once they remember it's a stress thing. The small stars are very comforting to Meg, their shape soft and friendly in her paws, and her coworkers will often pick one up whenever a pile sits at Meg's desk. Occasionally, during a particularly stressful week, Meg will find a jumbo box of pre-made strips for her to craft into stars if her coworkers have had enough of the constant tearing sounds.

Jillian finds it easy to unwind when she sits down in a quiet, secluded place and plays Animal Crossing. Animal Crossing is a wonderful game where you are the mayor of your own town and there are lots of other animal villagers. You can upgrade your house (and rack up some debt...), catch fish and bugs, do a little shopping, collect fossils for your museum, meet new people, and a ton more. It's a wonderful escape from the world when she just needs to take a step back and relax.

something they do to manage stress ;; They make origami cranes. A necklace of them can often be around his neck and he says it gives him calm and cool vibes. He quite enjoy origami as a whole but their favorite one to do is the crane. He find it relaxing just to fold paper into different shapes and create new things out of a common object. If Apollon can reach a piece of paper whether it be a sticky note or a sheet of graph paper they will start trying to make one with out even noticing. One of the reasons he does this is the belief that if you fold 1,000 cranes your wish will come true and their symbolism of hope and healing during challenging times.
