Their powers: Mind; Noir can adjust a person's memories and thoughts. He can make someone believe something happened in their past which actually might not have. Often times, he prefers to hide this ability and only use it in case of an emergency. He's a strong believer that a person's memories helps them form who they become so by changing those memories he fears he can change the person they are inside. The only time he uses this ability is if someone sees him reaping a soul and he fears his cover will be blown

Death; Noir is a grim reaper of sorts, able to collect the souls of the lost and lead them to the gate of life so they can pass on to the other realm. Sometimes however those souls do not wish to leave, turning themselves into beasts of shadow and fueled by the hatred and anger within them to seek out the shadow queen and join her ranks. When this happens, its Noir's responsibility to hunt those shadows and release them by force.

Hes... not totally in touch with his powers, rather, this seemingly lax sima has a way for words. He has a sort of ‘unknown’ power over mind and mourning of a death. Helps ghosts pass (though he doesn’t realize they’re ghosts) and brings peace of mind to those he talks to... a soft dude who just want to make people happy, and has a surprising attribute to doing so.



I simply came to fall for your idea of the subtle way his powers come to manifest and the way that he himself is oblivious to it whilst also holding quite an interesting take on how the two powers could come to be used in combination. So congrats and take good care of Pacem here
