This marumi's favorite place is the junkyard where they go diving for treasures! Not everything they find
is a treasure by most definitions (rather, they
do come home with a lot of trash), but to them, the item doesn't matter quite as much as the hunt itself and the thrill of finding something unique. Their favorite item they've found to-date is a big, sturdy old wooden wardrobe, that they've strung up a hammock inside of to make into their hideout. They've also found buttons, broken watches, old fishing rods, many mysterious keys, and even a set of pristine dominos in a small dusty box.
They're a little stingy about the location of the junkyard though. It's not well-known, and they're a little worried that if everyone knew what kind of cool treasures you can find there, sooner rather than later everything would be picked clean. That's a big reason why they set up their hideout so close to the dirt road that leads to the junkyard lot. They're always up for giving friendly directions to lost strangers that steer them conveniently in the other direction from their favorite place.
