"Strength..." he rolls the r as he says the word. Paws tapping against a sticky tabletop, Styrmir lifts his eyes to meet yours. "You've come to the right person, the fellas around here seem to think I can bench any one of them." He stands, reaching skyward and stretching his limb - you catch flashes of defined muscle beneath the thick fur.
He flashes you a smug grin, slicking down his tufts of hair. "I'd say strength is pretty straightforward. You can handle lifting weights, you're strong. You beat up evildoers, you're strong." He laughs, winks, then lifts the table with one paw. "I believe strength is power- physically, of course. It helps if you're confident with it too."
You roll your eyes, moving to leave the dingy bar. Stymir stops you with a paw on your shoulder, and you can feel a significant shift in his attitude.
"Strength isn't something handed out freely, y'know." You quirk an eyebrow, facing the kalon once more. His face was unreadable. "A lot of kalons work for it. A lot of 'em gain it without knowing. Strength... isn't everything."
A beat.
"Really... it means nothing to me."

It's about discipline. It's about knowing your limitations. It's about pushing yourself to the extreme without overdoing it; taking your body to the brink of its capabilities, and having the restraint to keep it from going to far. It's about knowing yourself - knowing what you can achieve - and learning to hit that goal without burning yourself out.

Basically, it's about knowing when to say no to another pizza roll.
