So she is a uhh--- sometimes a bit off a burden Last week she got her usual parcels, I was turning around to got but she tipped on my shoulder and gave me with a cheeky smile a big package of chocolate. I was very surprised and it was a very lovely gesture to show her gratitude for my work <3

I don't really know what you mean as extra but I've decided to put another small work story: I have a very very old lady on my route. She is 99yrs and she gets like... one parcel, sometimes two per month! And everytime she is very determined that the mailman waits in front of her door so she can rummage through her appartment and always returns with a full chocolate bar to gift to the delivering Mailman. I think it's very lovely of her to do and it makes me happy and I fink her too! :3

E//: Skylda is a very friendly but distant mare. She approaches everybody and is very approachable but she has troubles trusting into people quickly. She needs a decent amount of time to warm up and even longer to really trust. Once you've earned her trust, she is an amazing mare and is the greatest joy to ride!
