This guy will be a fcfs freebie, just comment to claim, all I ask is even though the rule-list for the species is currently a big wip please go give it a read first anyway!

Edit: Also a dumbdumb and forgot to say, this dude's only trait is the default tail (which is non-rarity/standard)
