General Info

Polterpups are spirits that are commonly summoned with the intent of consoling or comforting someone in need. They are typically in the form of some type of canidae such as dogs, wolves, coyotes, foxes, etc. These spirits are often the companions of sorcerers and curious minds with a loneliness inside unable to be fulfilled by what life has to offer. Polterpups can be found without owners on the occasion of Halloween and autumn nights. Many times they inhabit old villages and play around when not needed for duty.


Traits
General Pup Rules

- Polterpups are required to be ghostly and/or monsterous in one way or another (examples: transparent, floaty, swishy materials, etc)
- Faces should stay Mammalian. This means no beaks, no lizards snouts, no fish mouths, etc
- Any edits within reason are fine as long as they fall within the rules and tiers below! (custom ears, expressions, accessories, hair, etc)

tier 1 - Spirit

-These pups always have front paws, but they can be any size!
- Back half is always a ghost tail; this means no back legs, mertail, talons, etc!
- No extra limbs, extra heads or conjoined polterpups!
- Spirits are allowed to be missing up to 1 limb

tier 2 - Banshee
- Front paws can be changed to talons, fins, wings etc
- Back half is free to be changed, with the restriction of no extra limbs/conjoined polterpups
- Banshee's are allowed to miss up to 2 limbs

tier 3 - Ghoul
- Extra limbs, heads, conjoined pups are more commonly seen in this type
- Ghoul's are allowed to miss up to 2 limbs

Rules

- Polterpups are in fact a closed-species! Please do NOT make your own without the proper MYO or custom.

- Refrain from harassment, belittlement, hate, or general inappropriate behavior in this species and towards the members and staff of the species.

- Ask questions if you're unsure of something! My personal Discord is scared reeses pieces#7288 or I can be PM'd here on CS.

- Please do not buy or sell Polterpups from other users in the community. You may buy polterpups from paid adopts but otherwise this is strictly against our rules.

- Two people may not own one polterpup; this is to avoid possible drama in the future.

- Everything in the species (currency, MYO, items, Polterpups) is to stay in the species. Do not trade between other species.

- Please do not make carbon copies of copyrighted media or real people; this is theft.
