During this event, you can complete various tasks to earn the event currency: flowers.
These tasks may include collecting your daily flowers, writing, drawing, guessing, and games of random chance.
Flowers can be traded in for rewards such as custom cats, MYO (Make-you-own) cats, accessories, and items.
Flowers will also be used to buy or to enter competitions for certain event cats and kittens.

This is where everyone's flowers will be stored and counted.

Prepare yourselves. Writing concisely and potentially leaving loopholes is not my specialty.

For this event, all artists/moderators are allowed to make their own booth!

*New!* If you'd like to team up with another artist/moderator to make a booth, you are more than welcome to do so. Just remember to communicate, so users aren't awarded prizes twice or anything like that.

To start, press the Color-In button and design your cover.
You may use any of your currently-owned cats as your booth's mascot/owner. If you choose to design a new cat on the adoption center's lineart, the cat will count as one monthly staff custom; if you do this, please make a separate ref for the cat (like I did here) so there's a page for the Archivist to link to. Please don't use Chloe (the yellow and purple cat above) for your booth's cover. You are welcome to use the provided background, recolor the provided background, or design your own. Please write a title for your booth on the cover, so it doesn't get confused with an adopt. If you're not able to write clearly with CS's art program, PM me before you begin designing your cover and I'll add your booth's title to a hidden layer on this drawing for you to use.

Now that you have your booth's cover, it's time to choose your booth's activity.
You'll also probably want to add a little introduction of sorts (see the first post of this thread for an example). Your booth's activity can be anything, as long as it follows the event's "plot" of Chloe needing to collect flowers. Please PM me with your booth idea before creating your booth, so I can confirm that none of the other artists are using that idea yet. Your booth should award prizes such as flowers, items, and potentially random or custom cats for completing different activities. The chance of winning a cat should be relatively low, especially if the cat is a custom.

Once you've completed your booth, PM me so I can check that everything's in order.
Then you're done! Every day, sometime around when CS switches over to the next day (here is the CS clock), you'll need to update the title of your booth with the new day. On the first day of the event, your booth will have "Day 1" in the title; on the second day "Day 2", and so on. Be sure to update your daily events/tasks as well.

In addition to staff-run event booths, this event will also have adopts, customs, and MYOs.

Adopts will be posted as color-ins of this thread, not color-ins of your booth. With competition-based adopts, you may charge a competition entry fee in a reasonable number of flowers, or you may make it free-to-enter. You may also make adopts that can be bought for a set number of flowers. You don't kept the flowers users pay; they're given to Chloe (basically, they're "deleted").

Customs will all be created here. Be sure to keep an eye on that thread so you know if someone has requested you to design their custom cat or kitten. You do have the right to decline a custom request, but please do so politely.

Some things to note about customs/MYOs for artists:
You may not make your own randomized customs.
You may make your own full customs.
You may make your MYOs without posting the form on this thread, but please still post it in your MYO's description.

Please PM me for any of the following reasons:
- You have a question about anything regarding this event.
- You find a typo in anything I've written. (Yes, this is a legitimate reason to PM me.)
- You wish to receive PM's notifying you about custom requests and/or anything else.
- You no longer wish to complete event customs.
- You've recently been hired and have not yet been added to this drawing.
- You need to temporarily (or permanently) close your booth due to real life events.
- You're quitting as an artist or have been fired. (I honestly don't think this will happen, but it's here just in case.)

Please PM Pastel_, another moderator, or myself if the following occurs:
- Someone has repeatedly (3+ times) broken your booth's rules, and you feel a ban or strike may be necessary.

Also, you're allowed to use the flower divider anywhere you need it. Just copy-and-paste this:
