Shadow Flitz (Singular; Shadow Flit) are a long bodies species that have long since lost their hind legs, tail, and eyes to the power of the shadow and have replaced them with mold-able wispy appendages. these large, friendly beasts have been recently tamed to be ridden by humans and anthros alike. They have large, wide front paws, long pointed ears, and short, smooth fur. They can be naturally found in dark caves, wetlands, or thick forests. however have also been spotted in pastures while hunting. They are carnivores- meaning they are only meant to eat meat and they often prey on birds, deer, rodents, and bats.

personality || you know when you order two pumps of sugar in your coffee and the clerk gives you three, then smiles as if they did you good? which makes you not wanna say anything but now your coffee is way too sweet. that clerk is mason. he always completes each task perfectly and then tries to help others at his office job. though usually he's just in the way or causing issues for others. he's kind at heart but is a bit overbearing and too enthusiastic. you'd think his enthusiasm would encourage the others right? not really, they more envy the fact that he can be so energetic on the worst days. mason tries to get everyone together, scheduling company parties, bringing coffee for everyone. but everything backfires, the coffee is always too sweet (not a surprise) and everyone is too busy to show up at the parties (or just want to avoid mason). this never really effects his attitude however, it just encourages him to try harder. people harass him about it, trying to put him down, or even sometimes resort to violence. mason doesn't let it bother him, he continues to smile, continues to look at the bright side and continues to try his hardest.

Quinn is quite a inquisitve flit. Curious as can be, she’s the epitome of a scholar with an unquenchable thirst for knowledge. She’s definitely a mess, but no matter. Quinn is endlessly hard-working and always puts her heart and soul into everything she does. She has a reputation for being extremely confident in herself and her abilities. Though, however intelligent and passionate she may be, Quinn isn’t exactly friendly and can come off as blunt or cold. This doesn’t mean she’s not kind, she just isn’t exactly nice. However, with a heart of gold, Quinn cares deeply for those around her, and makes sure her friends and family know this.

Personality || Scout is one tough Flit to hang out with. Always on the alert, this Flitz does not take well to relaxing. Often times they can come off as paranoid or even a little crazy, but Scout is no dummy and shouldn't be treated as such. They have a good reason for acting the way they do. After all, if you'd nearly been eaten by a bear before what would you do? Scout's history is not quite as squeaky clean as they'd like others to believe and they sometimes fall prey to peer pressure in order to impress their friends but it goes without saying that this leads to very bad ideas made in the middle of the night.
