what is your favorite urban legend/or cryptid, and why?: I absolutely love the concept of Hidebehinds. They are such a strange concept, of a creature that hides by sucking in their gut and hiding behind telephone poles and even you. It's scary, but also hilarious in a way. (39 words)

what is your favorite urban legend/or cryptid, and why?: My favorite cryptid is Bigfoot because his concept is so open. A big hairy dude who lives in the woods? It's simple enough that he could be anything. I use a lot of cryptids in stories I write, so Bigfoot's flexibility when it comes to interpretation is a big draw. There's enough information about Bigfoot that gives one a starting point to base ideas off of, but there's so much unknown that one can have fun making up the details as they write. I like to think that Mothman and Bigfoot are dating and get together for game night every now and then, but if Bigfoot showed up at my front door I'd make him my boyfriend. (117 words)

Favourite cryptid ? Easy-peasy ! None other than the elusive Loch Ness Monster- or, the more charming
title for the charming being- Nessie. Something so familiar, at the heart of Scotland, Deoriridh's homeland;
but yet all so foreign, other-worldy, oversea. To seek refuge in those deep waters, and stay there- ever so
still, at peace, content- Deoiridh couldn't blame her stranger of a friend. The aquatic underworld must
be a lovely place, no wonder sightings were few and far between. Good for Nessie.
