I gazed into the shining water as my paws soaked in it. Spotting small fish darting around my paws, I was itching to dive towards them in an attempt to catch one. The light caught on their shimmering scales and shone in my eyes. Flinching, I squinted and looked away. I looked at the clouds and the sky, and the birds flying free in the never-ending blue that blankets our world. I looked at the clouds, my brain trying to make sense of their whirling shapes. One looked like a fish, another like a bird with its wings spread ready to soar above me.
