Welcome to the African Plains Equids (APE) Artist Search! Please be sure to read all of the information below before entering! This contest will be an on-going contests. I will pull artists from here as needed.

• Any APE made here is not an official APE
• Do not treat any APE entry as a real adopt
• Do not steal designs
• This base is for APE only; do not attempt to create anything out of it
• If you plan on doing multiple entries (highly encouraged), make a cover
• Post entries under a cover page
• Under each entry, please state the color and the genotype

The point of this contest is to evaluate a player's ability to design several different equine coat colors. Therefore, you must include each of the following colors/markings on at least one of your designs.
• Solid
• Minimum White Markings (Stockings, Blaze, etc.)
• Paint Markings (Tobiano, Overo, Sabino, or Splash)
• Roan
• Brindle
• Appaloosa
