Kalons-- a species with soft manes and even softer hearts.

Monitored in forests across the globe for years, these animals
have recently been declared naturally tame as well as sapient.
Scientists are asking the general population to consider adopting
Kalons for further study in their capabilities of intelligence.

Their shining tails are used for identification and showing off,
which is helpful when spotting another Kalon from afar. This
association with other Kalons is why they are head-over-heels
for any shiny or colorful item that they come across!

Micah’s personality mirrors her fiery fur. At her best she is a warm and welcoming presence, her smile captivating and her voice like a lullaby. She dances like a flame, demanding your attention and holding your stare as she moves swiftly and without a sound. And to those she cares about, her warmth is almost healing, sweating away any worries or problems that a kalon could have.
Her heart can fill with a fiery passion for those who are brave enough to befriend her. And for those she loves, she is an eternal guardian, providing comfort and protection without a second thought. Her love knows no bounds, as she is quick to open up her heart to others, no matter who they are or what they identify as/believe in. To her, a kalon is a kalon and a friend is a friend.
When it comes to projects or work, she is a tireless force. She refuses to stop until the job is done, or until her passion has died down (which is a rare occurrence.) And she is very flexible; much like a fire bends in the wind, Micah is able to bend and adapt to her surroundings.

But you should be careful when you are with her, for like a fire she can easily burn.

At her worst, her tongue can emit an intense heat as words leave her lips like stray sparks to scorch her enemies. Fiery eyes can pierce through a kalon as easily as they can enchant them, and it is sure to leave a mark. And when her flame is at full bloom, she is unforgiving, her treachery and wrath encompassing anything or anyone in her path.
Also like the fire of her fur, she is quick to tempt and seduce. She loves playing games, whether it be an actual game or mind game, and it can be hard to keep up with her. Sometimes she uses this persuasion for evil, tricking kalon’s she does not like or using it to get her own way.
She can also be very indecisive. Though she is always loyal to her friends, she is unreliable to other kalons. She is often flighty, slipping away in the night without a sound, and she can sometimes use deception to sabotage a mission (sometimes out of boredom or simply because it’s fun.) She switches sides to join the upper hand (unless she has a clear side that she wishes to be on) and she doesn’t think twice about backstabbing strangers.
