Tonight marks the beginning of the Makoatl New Years Event! You'll all have a chance to win fully custom lined, special Makos!
How to play:
Anyone can participate! All you need to do is...
1. Wait for a staff member to post.
2. Look for a set of three fish scales, like the one seen above
3. Two of those fish scales are fake, but one is based off of a hidden prize Mako designed by that staff member!
3. Click the "PM" button next to their post and delete everything from the quote except for one fish scale you believe is the right one. If you guess correctly and are the first to do so, the Mako is revealed and they belong to you!

READ BEFORE POSTING
The Event Rules
1. You can only win one Mako from this event at the moment. However, if lots are made, that will increase to two.
2. Don't complain if you aren't fast enough!
3. Questions can be posted on the event Oekaki page.
4. Do NOT
- - mini mod
- respond or post with an attitude
- cause trouble
- attempt to cheat. We know if you do.
- complain, whine, annoy, or bribe the artists or participants.
- accuse the staff who try out for one of not having "contributed".
- Try to suggest a design for a makoatl. It's not going to happen.
- Put a damper on the mood, be sullen, throw pity parties.
- Complain about any aspect of the event. After all, we're taking time out of our lives to make a fun event for you, and if you want to spoil it you can leave.
Insist on doing one of these things? We'll give you ONE warning.
A list will be created and your name will be placed there. After your one warning and you commit another offence, you will be banned from the event.
CHEATERS. You are given no chances. If we find out you have cheated you will be banned from the event with no further chances.
