Hello and welcome to the second version of the Kaffeine Kittens adoption thread. This first thread was originally owned, and the lineart is still owned by, Airashi.Kitsune, but due to unforeseen circumstances, they had to pass the thread onto someone else. I took up the offer of taking on Kaffeine Kittens, as I'd been an artists for them for quite some time. I decided to create a new and shiny thread, to make managing the thread a little easier for both me and Airashi, but most of the principles and rules of the old thread have remained the same:

What are Kaffiene Kittens?
Kaffeine kittens are small felines, similar to a Ragdoll cat. They have very soft, silky hair which has a faint aroma of coffee. These cats spend most of their time sleeping in the sunlight or comfortably sitting on someone's lap.

How Do I Adopt?

Kaffeine kittens can easily be adopted by simply filling out the form supplied on the cat's page. You can add art, stories or extra things like that to your form. Cats who are not customs or breedings are free. The artist will decide who wins the cat after a given closing date is reached.
Only Kaffeine Kittens with an "Adopt Me" sign can be adopted.
If you no longer want your Kaffeine Kitten, please let me know and I will put him or her in the pound to be re-adopted.

Rarities
Common: Natural cat markings and colorings (tortoishells/calicos, tabbies, plain, bicolours, colourpoints etc.).
Uncommon: Slightly more unusual markings (oddly-shaped patches, 'unusual' tabby markings, random patches of white, etc.).
Rare: Very complex markings (and other species markings, e.g. African Wild Dog) and unnatural colourations.

NB~ These positions are not first-come-first-serve and I will be fairly strict on who I employ and who I don't. But don't worry, even after slots close, there's always a chance to apply again!

Rules
*Do not use outside of Chicken Smoothie
*Please don't take any credit for the species or the design.
* Please don't get angry or whine if you don't win the cat.
* Please be polite and respectful to myself, the staff and other members.
* Please care for your cat, don't just adopt because you like the pattern; these kitties need cuddles <3
* You can own up to 12 Kaffeine Kittens


Artist Rules
*Please be as polite and helpful to all people adopting or applying for a custom.
*We won't do any type of event for things such as Halloween, Christmas, Easter etc. So please don't make an cats with creepy or Christmas, etc.theme.
*Please no overly themed designs
*Don't remove my signature.
*Don't make too many cats with unnatural colorings. No more than 2 per month.
*Please choose one of the adoption forms on the cat's adoption page, within three days after the ending date
*Please don't ask for alternative payments for customs or breedings, without my permission first.
*Full time artists may make up to 10 cats a week. But make sure you don't rush.
*Guest artists can make only 4 cats
*If you aren't active, without a reasonable excuse; I may have to replace you.
* Artists may make 1 custom for themselves, every two months.

Gifting
You can also gift a Kaffeine Kittens to your friends. To gift a cat, you can either have a custom made, letting the artist know it's a gift; or you can try to adopt a normal Kaffeine Kitten, and write " Gift" in the section on the form that says "Other". (Though cats from a normal page can not always be guaranteed to be won). Please make sure that you let the artist of the kitten know who the cat is being gifted to.

Breeding
Breeding is Open: Post requests on Nursery Thread (link in External Links section)

Kaffeine kittens can be bred as many times as the owner wants.
Each breeding will result in 1 Kitten.
Owners can breed their cats with other Kaffeine kitten owners, as long as they have permission.
Breedings cost one uncommon/four commoms, of any date, but all MUST be on the wishlist of the artist.
When filling out a form, only some parts need to be filled in. If you are breeding two cats you own; you don't need to fill in sections that have a asterisk next to them. If you are breeding a cat owned by another member sections with an asterisk need to be filled in.
When filling in the cat's name, make sure you put the cat's number in as well.

Customs
Customs are available is an artist's slot is empty. An artist can refuse a custom request if they do not want to do it.
Customs cost one rare/four uncommoms, of any date, but all MUST be on the wishlist of the artist.
