PFWs are large wolf-like creatures with two long feather trails protruding from the tail base. Feathers are made of an icy, almost waxy substance, and are very cold and watery. When touched, it leaves behind a harmless water-like liquid, much like ice. Thick stripes mark feathers with a glow that represents the PFW's current mood. Because of this, PFWs can never lie about their feelings XD. When a PFW dies, it's feathers dissolve, or melt, away extremely quickly. Pups are born with feathers growing straight from the tail base, and the trails will lengthen with age.
