The Basics

Name: A figure appeared from the fog and came up to greet you, happily blinking. It was night time, but you could still slightly see her markings. She was misty white and solid grey, like a ghost, with bright red eyes. She had sharp, white paw prints on her hip and back, with some gray in the middle. She was fuzzy than most of these animals that you have seen... what are they... Jellybean Dragons, correct? You tense and ask, ''What is your name?'' The JBD's ears perked up, and she softly replied,
''Why so stern? Are you afraid? I don't like it when others are afraid.'' You muttered something than said,
''Afraid? C'mon, you are just some big old Jellybean Dra-''
''I'm Ghost,''she broke in, her red eyes growing harder. ''And I'm not old,''she struggled to keep her voice level, biting on every word.
''Okay, okay, your name is Ghost! Don't be so harsh about it.''

Gender: ''And I'm a female, I really hope you can see that.'' She was beginning to calm down, and she sat down next to you on the cement sidewalk. You had been out for an evening stroll before you had came across this JBD.
''Even though your markings seem like a boy's, I noticed that you where a girl,''you grumbled, wanting to keep your pride, but a scared tone entered your voice. Now that you thought about it, the JBD's markings seemed ghostly and scary and deadly..

Age: You looked into Ghost's eyes and saw desperation, a wanting to be understood, and not to be afraid, and yet in your eyes, a fear to get away from the monster burned in your chest. ''And I'm-m-m an ad-d-ult,''she said desperately. Please, her eyes begged.
''Okay, cool.'' You glanced around, just as worried as Ghost. What if she leaped at me and ate me?

Nickname: ''Some call me Claw, too.'' She motioned to her markings. ''I-I... was born with them,''Ghost said, struggling to get out the words.
''Okay,''you repeated blankly. You reached for your cell phone in your pocket and placed your finger on the number 9.

Story:

Well, I suppose it can't be helped. Being born with the frightening markings I have, I guess its only natural that other creatures would fear and dislike me. I won't deny it though, it hurts. A lot. I really can't stand those people who judge you off of appearance alone....though in this case it all started a while back, and didn't have as much to do with my looks as with....well, the circumstances surrounding the disappearance. Which I've told them I had nothing to do with, but try getting those dunderheads to believe me, its like trying to teach an apple to grow legs. Still, I can't help but think that this is one sorry way to go, I mean, really? Being killed off or something by THOSE morons? Couldn't I have at least gotten attacked by a bear and bravely fought until I had no breath left in me? But no. Instead I'm being chased down by these panic-struck idiots, and who knows WHAT they'll do when they catch me.

All I ever wanted in life was a nice home, with a nice family and maybe a kid or two who would play with me. Instead I'm running through this dark forest alone, probably going to die alone too. But there's nothing for it now I guess, just have to resign myself to the inevitable.....they're coming.

Panting, I stop to rest. I can hear the baying of hounds. They are coming too fast, so I climb a tree and hope that their hounds are as stupid as they are. Falling into sleep, I dream of the day.....
Trotting down the alley, I settle down and pulled out my emergency licorice. Gnawing away, I watch cars race by and people stroll through the streets.
