Bio:
Quiet, sad, pessimistic, introverted, easily saddened, sensitive, lives to see the bigger picture, kind of a dreamer, and shy. Rio has always been a bit skittish ever since he was a kid. This is due to the fact that he went blind at a younger age and never really recovered from the shock let alone accepted himself for the mere fact. He generally stays inside and imagines what the parts of the world looks like that he never got to see. Due to his immense free time, being a responsible homeschooled kid, he often likes to listen to music and create a picture in his head about a magical world in which he generally 'escapes' to with his limited knowledge of colours and other details. From his memory he has always liked the colour blue and vivid colours that could only be described as tropical and bright. The music that inspired this for him was 8-bit music or music that went to retro, pixel, or handheld games especially tracks from pokemon, the Zelda games, or so on. However, Rio didn't always do things this way, his best friend Jaspers was always there for him as a child and when he lost his sight she never let him go. She'd talk to him a lot and make him things and tell him all about the world and what it looked like in ways he could understand. She always told him to "not worry about what you can't see, but what you could." This meaning to focus on what you want to see and the beauty of how you see the world. Rio didn't get it at first, but when she told him to try imagining the things he could remember and then shape them into what he wanted to see it began to make sense to him. His favourite colour, blue, was not his favourite because it was the colour of himself, but because Jaspers' own fur was a nice warm blue from his memory and he's always admired her for it. His friend being a big pixel gamer and Nintendo game lover, this inspired his love for the music and he began to solely look up said tracks and found it soothing and upbeat. Something easy to listen to and relatable if that makes sense.
