mirai means "miracle," and it's origin is from spain.

kalon gender;; gender-neutral; uses they/them pronouns.

dashiell, a creature called the "maned wolf."

how they met;;

mirai was the smaller sibling, so their mother though they wouldn't make it. as simple as that, their mother picked up their brothers and sisters, and trotted off, leaving them alone with only a cave, and a bell. this made no sense to them, a bell? nothing else? heck, even being that young, they didn't understand. eventually, they began to assume she'd come back. she never did, but they waited, occasionally even cried out for her, extremely loudly, as a matter of fact. eventually one day, someone noticed their crying. dashiell.

dashiell passed by, before cocking his head in the cave to see mirai. cocking his head around, and even backing out of the cave to look around, they saw no one. he could smell another scent, but it was very faint. staring back at mirai, dashiell thought to himself. they'd most likely be alone, there was nothing there that lead to family. quickly, they ran on in, and gently bit mirai's shoulder fur, picking them up slightly, and setting them down in a sitting position. mirai quickly scrambled around, grasping onto the bell they owned. dashiell studied mirai, were they friendly? small, yes, but that didn't mean they weren't at full side. the kalon shivered, attempting to stutter out some english. "f-friendly!" stammered the kalon, picking up the little english they ever heard. "mirai friendly!" they called, raising the bell and jingling it, sending everything else they had put on them swishing around.

dashiell had heard a language like this, but could only pick up little phrases, and this had been one of them. the maned wolf stared at the kalon, and bobbed his head one, picking up mirai, and bolting out of the cave. mirai was confused, where was this thing taking them? dashiell had brought them to a very mossy and grassy area, before busting through some leaves, just to come into a mossy cave. placing them in a large mossy area, dashiell trotted away, and sat by the entrance. mirai shook the bell, making it ring. "thank y-you..." stuttered mirai, picking up some sticks, and tying them together. dashiell cocked his head as mirai continued. creating a small little "thread" for the bell, mirai hobbled over to dashiell, and tied it around him.

"i think i'll call you dashiell." mirai chirped, smiling from ear to ear.

how they met;;
Mung and Saphire met a long time ago. Mung was on his usual walking path, looking at the trees and flowers for inspiration. His mentor would usually be harsh on him, so he would sneak away to relax. He had his own hidden spot, a pond that was accompanied by gorgeous golden flowers and koi fish. Lotus grew in the pond, and many animals went to the edge to take a sip. One day, a lone mink was causing a fuss with a squirell, when Mung strolled in and was forced to resolve the fight. Once it was settled, the mink saw that fighting wasn't the right thing to do, and sought Mung's patience. Mung has been "mentoring" Saphire ever since

Not one species, made up for this Kalon
how they met;;
Coro was taking a stroll and he came across Panya. Panya was in critical condition and his wings were chopped off by a poacher. Coro took Panya in and cared for him. Panya had two large scars on his back where his wings once were and this made him very depressed. Coro made Panya a shell and carved the same symbol from his necklace onto it. Panya was very grateful and has been by Coro's side ever since.
