Well, there has been books about Mapleshade's and Scourge's past, but Brokenstar does seem like an interesting choice! I haven't read Yellowfang's book (why me?) though there should be quite a bit of Brokenstar's past

Yes, Brokenstar is actually very well developed. I wont spoil anything about it though. Its a great book though! What character do you think needs the most development? Because even Tigerstar has great development

Hmmm... I think I would still go with Darkstripe, I feel like he was made to seem to be just a bad guy....
Talking about development, I find it annoying how some developed couples (SandxFire is the best example I can think of) are usually not loved that much but very underdeveloped couples (SpottedxFire) can be shipped quite a lot.

Spoilers for quite literally everything.

I think we already have a Mapleshade's Vengeance and a Rise of Scourge manga series, so those two are covered pretty well, but we're missing some serious info with Brokentail/star's perspective during the time of Yellowfang's Secret and the timeskip there. I'm a bit more curious about some of the clan cats who betrayed the clans in the great battle (redwillow and Hollowflight), I think , and some of the Dark Forest cats like Shredtail, Sparrow feather, and Snowtuft. Even more interesting is if we could see some Tribe villains other than Sharptooth, and some DOTC villain backstories for One Eye. Some pre- mountains tribe series would be absolutely amazing- I believe it was noted that there was two other tribes other than Rushing Water?- and I want a lot more info on that Darkwhatsit from Vision of Shadows. All the villains need some better stories, to be honest. And it really bothers me when people say Mapleshade is the only female villain, they almost completely forgot Sparrowfeather, although she was called a tom in Last Hope by mistake.

Am I the only one who wants a 500-some page long super edition on Breezepelt's full story? It would be so good.

EDIT: My computer keeps lagging out and I don't see recent posts so this is a bit of a late response. Again. But anyway, my favorite couple has to be Bluestar x Rosetail from Bluestar's Prophecy, even though it's practically confirmed to never happen. For canon couples it's Bright x Cloud.

Pretty much to sum up Brokenstar, he turned evil because his foster mother neglected him and hated him, he never knew his real mother and he knew that his foster mother was not his real mother. He wanted to be the most powerful cat in the forest to show his foster mother he was powerful and could do anything he wanted to. He regretted killing all of the cats, and when he met Tigerstar and realized he was not alone in his struggle and he teamed up. He then found out right before his death that Yellowfang was his mother and his entire life flashed before his eyes and he was sorry for everything he had done. He went to the dark forest and trained many cats, and in the Last Battle he saw Yellowfang and he greeted her with tears and sorryness. he was then killed again by Yellowfang.

Yes they have lol, I know pretty much every cats background, including darkstripe. I would love to tell you a backstory of other main characters that are kind of unexplained
