accessory ▸ a loose, silk, cream colored cloth hung around her neck like a scarf. a copper lantern is hooked
onto it with a candle inside, to light up the way on adventures. (visual representation below)


story ▸
domino crept down the wooden ladder leading down from the ship, careful not to slip on the
near frozen surface. finally landing on the snowy ground, she thanked her scarf and lantern
warming her face as the cold snapped at her toes. huffing as she prepared hrself, she set off,
making only a mental note of where her ship was for her to return to.

after what felt like endless walking, domino reached her destination; a large, icey terrain,
paired with a threatening cave almost drowned in snow. swallowing and replacing her fear
with courage, she climbed over several rocks and small hills until she arrived at the cave's
entrance. it towered above her, darkness engulfing her as she entered. bats squeaking rang
in her ears, leaving her to wonder how they could survive in such a cold climate. she forced
on through the cave, trying to dodge her way through the mounds of snow swallowing her.
finally, as she found herself tumbling down a sudden slope into a endless field of ice, she
was glad her lantern lit the way through the pitch darkness, even after it tumbled out of
reach when she finally skidded to a stop in front of a pile of glimmering colors. ears perking
and a grin spreading over her face, she bounced to her feet and didnt bother to contain the
joyous squeals as she admired the piles of gold she had only heard tales of. having found many
treasures other adventurers she knew only imagined, her only concern was how to get it
on her ship and back home.

(im sorry for the poor story, it was on very short notice as i was very busy this week !)

Adult Harp Seals spend most of their time by diving into the cold icy waters searching for food. They can also be very noisy, witch is the exact opposite of Simon.
Simon will not go near a body of water until he has his life jacket. He has a great fear of water, mainly drowning.
Even though simon is a great swimmer, he never leaves without his life jacket.
When Simon was just a kit, he fell into an ice patch. He was stranded there, begging for help. He slowly got more weak as the minutes went by. Until, a lone traveler was walking along and found him. The man rushed over and took him out of the water safely. The man brought him a blanket and some warm food to help him warm up.
When Simon was finally up on his feet, the man gave him a shiny yellow life jacket, made to customly fit his tiny little body. At first Simon did not know what it was until, he fell in another ice patch later that day. He was floating freely, happy as always. And for now on, he always wears that life jacket, as a reminder and as a useful gift.
