Finally found enough free time to go through all the forms!
As a small note, I'd like to say please do not bump/PM me asking me to judge competitions. I have posted in the FC and told a few users specifically that I have been away and unable to judge any contests. I know they are pending, I just haven't found enough time to read through every form. This was a short contest, but there were many very lengthy forms that took time to read through and I wanted it to be fair for everyone in the judging process.

That being said, after going through all the forms, I was stuck between two. But there can only be one winner, but I'd like to give a shout out to HellyBoo for making it a close second.
