the only qualifying user updated their form here with the basics, and considering the situation that they were under, they will still be getting the top kit. and this user is hellyboo. Undie, if he wants one, will be awarded with a RU for trying as well, and i'm waiting to hear back from Scei about the bottom kit. please keep checking back, i'll have things updated as i figure out more.

Helly, if Scei has the basics for her form written, i'll update you on that and you guys may bump heads together to figure out their relationship if you'd like. however i'd wait until Scei confirms her part.
