question: are you allowed to order customs? or is that up to the artist? how does that work?

You could order a custom IF you have a Make Your Own ticket. You can win those in a raffle, with drawings every 50 viscets made. If you are an artist, you may make your own. Anything else?

well also if you get 10 referrals you can get a custom as well

like stated above, you can get customs from a set amount of referrals. You can find all of the information about stub points, referrals, and MYO's here

Actually, you cant make customs if you are a Guest artist. Only ·official" Artists can make customs.
