Exponent - Female - Bisexual - 16
Can be found wearing light blue headphones plugged into a silver ipod that lays in a small brown belt which also happens to hold a few gardening tools. Somedays, Exponent is also found wearing a girlscout looking vest with various earth and charity related badges.
Journal 1:
I hope to help the Earth one day. People are doing some really bad things. I really really want to study all kinds of carnivorous plants and different species of animals! I think it would be cool to find uses for plants and invent more clean power sources. It might sound impossible but I think I can change the earth someday!
Journal 2:
I guess somepeople can tell I walk funny. I can't help it though! I always think I've stepped on a helpless small critter. I was devastated when I stepped on a baby bird a few years ago. Since then I've always walked very carefully and I usually looks down when I walk outside to avoid an experience like that again!
Journal 3:
One of my best friends is a mutated blue poison arrow frog. His name named Peke. (That means Jump in Maori.) He'll travel around with me on my back or in my bag everywhere I go. He even sneaks out to school with me sometimes. Peke doesn't speak much, but he has a very charming deep voice. It's beautiful to hear, honestly. He always has my back in bad situations- he would never ditch me! Peke is a very intelligent critter. He told me that he has seen some very bad things. He won't tell me what though!
Journal 4:
I love listening music during the day. I dont have a favorite artist or genre though. The only music I dont like is heavy metal rock-n-roll and rap music. Sometimes I listen to music during class though my earbuds. At first I tried hiding it but my teachers found out. They banned me from it but noticed my grades dropped. The music helps me think and gives me inspiration. (I can listen to music again now.) I've listened to my playlists so many times that I can sing along to most of them perfectly. 'll stick to helping the earth though, I'm terrible at singing, even Peke thinks that too. My parents say that they've heard me humming while I sleep, but they've never heard me snore!
Journal 5:
My current math teacher has been my favorite teacher ever! It might be because he always compliments me on my math skills, or it may just be because he is great to be around. I think he is just as dedicated to teaching as I am to helping the earth. My math teacher is very easy to talk to. We are actually great friends now. He was the first person I opened up to about being bisexual. He supported me expressing who I am to him and and told me to talk to my parents. I honestly was terrified about it. I made the worst situations in my head about possible negative responses, but when I told them they seemed really happy. They support me being me and they are glad I told them.
Journal 6:
I saw this cute girl today at lunch. I think I ended up staring at her for a while... and I think she saw me. She was blushing like crazy, she probably knew I liked her.. I can guarantee it that she will never speak to me after that. My friends started making fun of me when I told them. They want to pair me up with guys. Though I have like liked a few guys, I definitely prefer girls a lot more.
Journal 7:
I feel as if I am a very hard worker. I strive to be great at most tasks I am given but I do not feel as if I am a perfectionist. I'm okay with gettings B's but I do prefer getting A's. I have never gotten a C or lower on any report cards because if any paper is graded as a C or less I'll redo it. I think I have great studying techniques and times. My social studies teacher even asked me about how I study for tests to try to see what she can do for her son, who was getting a D in math at the time.
Jourbal 8:
All day yesterday me and my friends picked up trash. We all were up and ready at 5am and didn't get back until midnight. I just can't believe how many glass bottles and plastic bags we found. All the cans and bottles were cleaned out and everything was recycled.
