*They have a condition that causes their mouth to drip black goo. They often have to change their surgical mask because of this.

For this contest, I wanted to give you guys a couple options. The first option is to give me a sales pitch from this gg, trying to convince me to buy something. The other option is to write a short story or explanation, as to how they got "infected" (the black goo dripping from their mouth) and what they are infected with.
