Hevan is sad for a lot of things; they were born mute and unable to properly communicate with others. Now as a young adult, he struggles to make friends and fit in. Nobody seems to know what he's trying to say. Despair has clenched its fists tighter around his already troubled heart as he's fallen in love, but is unable to communicate to them because they are unable to understand what he is trying to say, what's even worse is that they are blind.

why so sad?;;
The name Venice could never quite be so ironic. 'Venice'; the city of love, art, happiness, romance - the city where everything just seemed to work out... but our Venice was definitely no city. In the spectrum of places habitable to mankind, Venice Fernando Corazòn could only be described as a small, abandoned ghost town - void of humanity, with nobody really to care for it but the occasional flush of rain. Nobody would dare go visit, as they were all to frightened that they'd cause some sort of infrastructure to collapse. You could say that Venice had brought this upon himself, with the constant dirty looks and deep-set glares, but there was a time where Venice once was loved. Some of us are just no good at this romantic buisness, and Venice was the perfect example of such.

Ever since he was little, people expected that Venice would be a little charmer. It ran in the family - 'Corazòn', their family surname, literally meant 'heart' in Spanish. With a surname like that, it was clear that all family members were destined for a life of romance. However, being an only child, a lot of pressure was put on Venice for him to be as charming as his devilish parents, and it seemed to be too much. Every Valentine's Day, Venice's parents would swarm him with questions about potential suitors, bellowing that they'd disown him the day he got any less than thirty cards. But little Venice wasn't made for this kind of life. Nevertheless, he kept on trying - he may not have been a romantic, but he was certainly persistent.

Several years after he moved out of his home, Venice still felt pressure to be adored by all the ladies. But something didn't feel quite right, and after a particularly odd encounter with his new male roommate, he understood why - he was gay. Shocked at his discovery and terrified by the opinions of his own parents, Venice panicked and did the only thing he thought it possible to do. For almost five years he kept up his act, showering all the females he came across with badly-timed, flirtatious winks and awkwardly smoldering grins... but it never seemed to work. Finally, he gave in. Accepting that his act was not going to work, he decided to come out of the closet.

Venice's parents never spoke to him again.

Feeling completely and utterly lost, Venice swore to give up romance for good. He chose to completely banish all forms of socialisation (perhaps as some sort of odd coping mechanism). Nowadays, he spends most of his time writing poetry or wandering with his metal detector on the beach - whether he's trying to find treasure or a piece of his broken heart, nobody really knows. Maybe he'll scavenge a paper clip to bind things back together... but what are the chances of that?



how to fix Venice Corazòn: a recipe;;

Ingredients
A sprinkle of care.
1 tbsp of forgiveness.
A cup of kindess.
Lashings of sensitivity.
1 extremely large paper-clip.

Method
1. To begin, find the two parents of Venice Fernando Corazòn.
2. Using that tbsp of forgiveness, persuade said parents to accept their child for who he truly is.
3. With a sprinkle of care, explain to Venice that he should probably get back in touch with all those friends he left behind.
4. Once socialised, give him that cup of kindness he was so obviously lacking before.
5. Making sure to use your sensitivity, slowly introduce Venice to possible male suitors.
6. Let the hopeless romantic flirt.
7. Find a mate who will accept Venice for his ridiculous, try-hard self.
8. Tie up loose ends with that extra-large paper-clip.
9. Hope things will work out okay.

It started two years ago, his mother was very sick one morning and could hardly get out of bed. She told him it was just the side effects of getting older, that sometimes your body needed extra rest. A few days later she was back on her paws acting normal, her smile continued to brighten up his life despite not having any friends. This happened on and off before Jinx began to notice she wasn't healing like she should, while it took her four or five days to be back to her paws, this time it'd been a whole week. Before he went off one morning, she kissed his forehead and told him 'Keep smiling no matter what and you'll make some great friends someday.'
Those were the last words she spoke to him before disappearing. She'd gone off to pass away quietly under a willow tree he later found out. While he could hardly believe she hadn't said a proper goodbye, Jinx did his best not to think poorly of her for she'd always been a caring mother who put others before herself. It would have been worse to find her when he got home, he began to admire the female mind. Today he cries on her birthday even though he tries hard to smile.
